+ -1 moreThe job went very well. Hector showed up early and got right to the problem He even worked in the rain to clean up and got the job done very well. I have used Hector and his company several times in the past five years and he and his team have been very professional and very accomodating each and every time.
Description of Work: Corrected a disrupted electrical line connecting outside fixture, including improving the fixture stability and levelness.

+ -1 moreNot very well. McBright makes Angies list look bad by being completely unresponsive. McBright professionalism and responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired: Did not answer the phone during regular business hours. Left several messages and received no response. Last time I talked to Hector he said, he would call back in 15 minute--also never heard back. As a previous customer with an electrical problem I expected more....Will definitely not refer or use them anymore.

Description of Work: Re routed light fixture and installed ceiling fans throughout the house. Great service initially. Could not get estimate for more work, said they would call back and didn't. Later calls were not even answered.. Are they still in business???

+ -1 moreGreat customer service from answering the phone to the estimator to the electrician and assistants: Everyone was responsive and polite. Work was done expertly and with little mess. Even when we asked them to do extra things such as add another link to the chandelier (which was hard to do) or remove the warning stickers, they had a positive response and wanted to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Pricing was fair and no surprises, so I would highly recommend McBright and have already called them out for more work.
Description of Work: Installed chandelier in new area (set up new box), several electric panel improvements, installed ceiling fans throughout the house as well as new light fixtures
