The only issue was that although I was very specific about the reason for the flowers, they were delivered with Happy Birthday instead of the correct Happy Anniversary on the card. Not a huge issue, but when I called to inform them of the error, the response was less that satisfactory.
Description of Work: Ordered flowers to be delivered for an anniversary.

 + -1 moreI called in my order and was going to be in the area so I picked it up personally, Elaine's Florist & Gift Baskets had my order to go in about 45 minutes.
Description of Work: My wife was out of town on business and I wanted to surprise her with flowers. I don't like ordinary bouquets and wanted something extraordinary to make her feel special. Elaine's Florist & Gift Baskets did an extraordinary job on the arrangement, it looked like something you would find in the lobby of a five star hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous and lasted about two weeks. Based upon the originality, beauty and freshness/quality of the arrangement I can't imagine going anywhere else.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE A BIG SELECTION OF FLOWERS. I HAD NO PROBLEM DECIDING ON THE COLORS AND ARRANGEMENT. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND MADE A PRETTY ARRANGEMENT.
