EHRA is a civil engineering, surveying, low impact development, land planning, construction phase services, and landscape architecture firm located in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1936, EHRA is Houston's 2nd oldest civil engineering firm. EHRA employs a full complement of professional staff, including licensed professional engineers, engineers-in-training, registered professional land surveyors, licensed professional landscape architects, civil designers, and technicians. Today the principal owners are Truman C. Edminster, III, P.E. and Jim B. Russ.
