 + -1 moreThey must write their own review be ause my friend purchased units form your business and have had problems every since the purchase first your workers didn't remove the old unit from the attic then she has been trying to schedule maintenance appointments and everytime no one shows so as a company the service is lousy and to top it off no one answers the phone when a person calls at least hire a receptionistlm stop using trick questions yes money was paid but service was not performed.

 + -1 moreI've been using them for years. On average they come out at least twice a year. Typically whenever I have an issue and he's real quick to respond back to me. The cost varies. It just depends on the work that he has done but I would say it's less than $100 for your typical check-up. He didn't charge me for that call.

 + -1 moreThey weren't punctual. They damaged my lawn and didn't repair it in a timely way. I think the whole job was a mistake because they didn't tell me until the last minute that they couldn't seal my attic.
