+ -1 moreWe've been using Dusty's for 4 different properties and their pools for several years. We're happy with him and the work he does. Since we use our pools year round it's important we have someone reliable to keep them running smoothly.

+ -1 moreAfter making an appointment to come by on a Friday and view the pool and present an estimate, they did not keep the appointment and never contacted me again.
Description of Work: I requested an estimate on regular, monthly pool service/maintenance.

+ -1 moreCompany owner was very responsive but the employees would fail to show, leave gates unlocked, leave hoses running (and then deny using the hose they used every week) and recommend service that wasn't needed. After becoming distrustful I had their recommendation of new pool pump for $450 checked by other pool company that replaced starter type solenoid with a used one from his truck for no charge in less than five minutes. Pump still running fine months later. If I can't trust them on equipment, I don't feel I can trust them to be adding the chemicals or monitoring water quality.
Description of Work: Weekly pool cleaning for about 9 mos.
