I compared many different water softening companies. I called five. Three replied in a timely manner and came to my house. One was overpriced (as compared to DuPure). Another would not talk to me. Seriously, the salesman would only talk to the "lady of the house" when one was available. I tossed him back to the street. Finally, DuPure had the right equipment for the right price. There were a few problems with the installation. However, they were almost too eager to fix what I considered to be minor problems. I can accept mistakes (they will happen with any company), but DuPure stood behind their work and righted the wrongs. Last piece of advice...do some shopping and get some different quotes. Don't take the first offer. You can and will save money. Negotiate the price as if you were buying a car or a house. Don't take anyone's first offer. Good Luck!

Friendly and courteous sales associate. Good tech knowledge of her systems and didnt push only the top of the line unit. Prompt estimate preparation and reasonable price. Minor error on faucet choice which was promptly replaced. Small leak developed on filter system which was also fixed promptly

Everything has worked well for us. They didn't leave a mess for us to pick up. They had a good sales person who came to demonstrate everything. The sales person was helpful and had a good pitch. The system works great and we've had no problems with it.

Rayne Of Houston did a very poor job of installing a sprinkler system in my front & back yards. It took several months for the company to finish the job. The quality of the work was very bad, & the sprinkler heads are all in the wrong place & directions. I feel that the cost was a little pricey.

I only had to pay for the call because they took so long & messed up so much that they paid for the parts. The reason I stay with them is because it s the brand of water softener that we have in our house; otherwise, I would probably use another company instead.
