I was out of town when they came to fix my garage door opener. Robert found a dent in my garage door that 'might or might not have been there' when they arrived. He called and informed me of the damage (possibly caused by a truck driving into the garage) as he was worried he would not get paid for his job if I thought that he was responsible for the damage. I took his word that the damage was there before he got there. Even though I had multiple professionals examine the same garage door on the same day and there was no mention of a dent. I promised to pay once the job was completed. Despite this, Robert called another 3-4 times, keeping me on the phone for over 10 minutes each time to make sure he would get paid. They completed the job fine. There is now a dent in my garage door that wasn't there in the morning and I received 5 unnecessary phone calls.
