Robert Dupree replaced the springs on my garage door. Opener gears were stripped. He offered to sell me a used garage door opener. When he does replacements of openers, customers generally want both replaced and he sells them for pure profit. He would call when he got one. He did 3/17. I called him and said sure. He said he would be here Saturday 3/23 @ 12p. I agreed. I texted at 1 and inquired if they were coming. No response. Again at 2pm. Then I called. No response. He then called me and very rudely told me he is practically giving me the opener it was not worth his time. Find someone else. Then hung up. Literally was not being aggressive with this company. Absolutely no reason for him.to be so nasty on the phone. Will never recommend this company because of this behavior.

Owner is very good at explaining to you what they will do. The installer was very knowledgeable on his work and did not hold back on what he sees and needs to be done. The quality of work was great even under strange equipment and settings. My door works much better than I have ever seen it work before. Price was very good and they did not leave a mess behind once done.
