Incredible experience! From the start, Pam and her staff were great listeners. They drove from Lubbock to my mother's home in Lovington, NM to meet with us to hear our needs, to explain how they operated, and to provide an estimate. From start to finish, the total move was seamless. They provide a menu of services and you decide what you want. We selected the total package and in two days, my mother was packed, loaded, moved and unpacked. She walked out of a house that she lived in for 40 years on Monday and walked into a one bedroom apartment that had all of her furnishings arranged in exactly the right spot, bed made, clothes hung, and dishes in the cabinets on Tuesday afternoon. The total cost came in under the estimate. Pam and her team were caring and compassionate and made what could have been a difficult transition, a pleasant experience. They continue to stay in touch and follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly. In a sense, they became part of our family. Will highly recommend to everybody I know and will use them personally if I have the need.
