Description of Work: Used several of their machines to dry out a room and closet that had water damage. Worked well and we are please with the services.

Description of Work: They were always prompt, professional and courteous. They explain what they needed to do, did what they said, documented and itemized things and accurately billed my insurance. Couldn't have asked for much more.

Description of Work: They came out in the middle of the night after a water leak. Brought all the equipment, set it up and left. Everyone at the company was very nice.

Description of Work: The kitchen sink flooded, filling up cabinet drawers and saturating wood floor. DryMore technician came within 1 hour. He used equipment to measure water saturation levels and then described what he would need to do to insure floors, baseboards and drywall were dried out so they would not mold and warping would be minimized. He had most of the equipment with him, (blowers, de-humidifiers and mats with vacume system to extract water,) and had additional units delivered while he was here. Three days later, he came and re-tested the saturation levels and removed all of the equipment. The equipment is very noisy but that is just the nature of the machines. If you have small children or are sensitive to noise, you might consider staying somewhere else until the process is finished.
