DryMore was great!! It was my first experience with water damage as a homeowner and it was bad - it leaked from my attic, through my brand new hardwood on my second floor and into the garage. DryMore showed up on time, had the drying equipment to the house within an hour and had everything set up so quickly that I was back to work by lunchtime. Everything dried out exactly as they said and my hardwood isn't warped! I couldn't be happier!

A friendly, professional tech came out the next day to measure moisture & recommend a solution. Thanks to the great service at Drymore I have this cool drying mat that should fix my floors in just a few days. Fair pricing whether you pay out of pocket or file insurance.

They did a great job. I didn't know that it was a 24hr work, and they still answer the phone even in the middle of the night ang tell me what to do.

Louis was at my home within an hour of my making the initial call. He worked with me to get the most economical repair. An hour after arriving he had all the required equipment set up and running to remediate the damage. Three days later he returned, confirmed the moisture content was within spec and shut down and removed all the equipment. Very professional!

Very well. I called the service during business hours and Luis, the supervisor called me back right away and wanted to schedule the inspection as soon as possible. The crew was out the next day and was very knowleadgeable in this type of situation controlling humidity levels with professional equipment and daily monitoring the situation and resolving the issue within 4 days of the date of incident.

Fantastic! For the pack and load-out, there were 6 guys along with two ladies to inventory everything, so it didn't take forever. They moved everything back in a week later, and because they had labeled every item, I didn't need to tell them where to put anything. Super-nice crew, great packing, and no damage. Thanks!!!

I contacted this service provider for an estimate to repair flood damage. I anticipated the project being a rather extensive one, so I planned to get estimates from multiple companies. They arrived 4 hours after the originally scheduled service window and then appeared angry when another provider (who was on-time) was present assessing the damage. This company refused to provide an estimate for work, angrily got in their vehicle and left, and stated that they "will not compete" with other companies. I had in no way conveyed an expectation that they provide a lower price than the other company and the interaction was very rude and unprofessional.

I had called Charity and inquire about this deal. She had informed me that this deal is suitable for homes at 1,800sq ft. I had read all the Angie's List reviews but none were about the odor removal and decided that since the reviews were all good to go ahead and buy the deal. They were very flexible with the scheduling and quick. I was glad the technician was able to clean the odor from my place. My previous tenant had pets and smoked when they were not allowed to and worried that my home would be a smoker's home but after 3 days of letting the machine do it's job my home now does not have a single stench of smoke or pet odor. I am very pleased and appreciate the service Dry More provided.

We called on a Sunday with the problem of our hot water heater leaking from the attic. Within an hour, Louis was at our house. He helped extract water from the carpet. He set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the areas out for an estimated three days. The next day it was clear the leak was much more serious. The water was leaking through the ceiling in our living/family room and kitchen. Again, I called Louis and within an hour he was at our house. He helped us file a claim with our HO insurance. He was able to provide them with all of the issues that needed attention. He then proceeded to prep our house for drying it out and also recommended a reputable contractor to help us with restoration. Louis and the contractor are helping us by meeting with our claim adjuster to explain exactly what needs to be done to make sure our house is repaired promptly. I would highly recommend this company and would have them come back if we have another issue.

The team was very professional and responsive on the phone, during installation and pick-up. Hope to never need the service again, but if I did I would call them first. Highly recommend. I gave them a B for cost, only because I really have no comparison. Customer service is A+.

They responded promptly to my call. The technician arrive only two hours after my call. The technician seems experienced and knowledgeable. He answered my questions well, and provided quite a few good advises. He did a quick inspection of the affected area using some advanced detectors, and started action right away after discussing the service plan with me. He deployed several big dehumidifiers and powerful fans in the affected rooms and have them run constantly for three days. Those machines seemed did their work well, and I could feel the rooms being dried up gradually. The technician came back after three days, repeated the inspection, and demonstrated to me that the wetness of the affected area indeed came down below the desired level. He also told me that a complete service record is available and kindly promised that he would have the record sent to me in a few days. Overall I am satisfied with their service and their manner. I would recommend them to my friends.

They came out on a Sunday evening about 40 mins after we placed the call. They had plenty of equipment and gave us all the details on how they were going to dry out our house in the affected areas. Being our first time dealing with the quantity of water that the valve let out, we didn't know what to expect. It took about 7 days worth of running numerous fans, dehumidifiers and floor mats to get the water out of the house. But when all was said and done, it appears we got out what we needed and saved our hardwood floors and moldings in the affected areas. If it wasn't for Drymore coming out quickly and working around our work schedule for checking the affected areas, we would have has a lot more damage to have to repair. One thing for others to realize is that running fans and floor mats for 4 days straight, it can get quite noisy. This was explained to us upfront by Nickolas but you don't really realize how loud it can get, so just keep that in mind. If you have dogs or kids, you might think about staying someplace else if possible.

The provider responded immediately, both via Angie's List message and phone, even while the flooding was ongoing, and they had someone to my house later that day notwithstanding the crazy volume of flooded homes. They were professional, prompt, polite, honest, and understanding while working insane hours through the crisis; they gave us a great price on a thorough remediation, including providing options to help us keep our costs in check, and they managed to save our base boards and hardwoods. I highly recommend this company.

Air conditioner leaked in attic and after getting it repaired, we called DryMore. They came out on Monday afternoon to assess damage and were back with drying and cleanup equipment by 7:30 am the next day. They were very careful in keeping clean throughout a messy process, and they had the latest equipment to do the job of drying and testing for moisture content in walls. They were knowledgeable, efficient, timely and, most importantly, empathetic to the stress caused by a major water leak. They were very clear and detailed about charges and there were no surprises. We will recommend them to anyone facing cleanup from a water leak.

I work for a private school. We had a supply line leak from a room adjacent to one of our classrooms. This was not an insurance claim. I called Drymore on Tuesday, 4/715, Nick came out the same day and extremely politely provided a verbal estimate. I normally get 2-3 estimates from contractors, but felt very confident with the way Nick explained what they would do and the cost for their services. They also had sophisticated moisture detection equipment that clearly showed me the areas that were wet. After agreeing to the estimate, Nick worked quickly to go to his office get the equipment and come back, all within a couple hours. He setup the equipment efficiently and we ran dryers for a few days. Each day, Nick or other crew members such as Nicholas, Juan, Louis would come out to read moisture levels and update me on the progress of drying. What I really appreciated of Drymore is that they were able to get our classroom dry with minimal impact to our walls. After a couple days of drying we assessed moisture levels and mutually agreed to puncture some more holes in the sheetrock to allow better air circulation within the walls. Drymore also added another de-humidifier because they felt it was needed. This was done at no additional cost to me. They did not nickel and dime me like many contractors like to do. They kept their commitments with regards to schedule and scope of work (they even put our wall base trim back up) and worked extremely hard to get our classroom up and dry. I could have probably rented drying equipment and have our janitor try it but I am confident that we would not have been able to perform the same service as professionally or properly at a lower cost. Every step of the way, from the office staff (spoke with Karen), to the first visit to our school by Nick, I was impressed by their service. Rarely do I come across a group of individuals is professional, polite, talented, knowledgeable still at a reasonable cost. This is a well run organization that speaks volumes of the great leadership it must have. God forbid we have another water leak, Drymore will easily be the first company I call. I have had a previous experience with Blackmoor Mooring on a MAJOR water leak, but I felt much more comfortable (albeit this was much smaller in scale) working with Drymore.

It went very smoothly. After the last air quality test was completed all the equipment was removed from my home in a very professional manner.

A toilet in the guest bathroom sprung a leak where the hose connected to the toilet. By the time it was discovered there was 2 inches of water in the bathroom. The water also invaded the bedroom, closet and bathroom of the master suite. Called DryMore and Tracy showed up 2 hours earlier than promised. Tracy throughly explained all options and ensured my Mother, the homeowner understood the entire process. DryMore carefully removed the baseboards so that they could be reused. Tracy also provided the name of general contractor to complete the restoration (new carpet pad and baseboard re-installation). Overall, they their professionalism made the experience very manageable.

I called Dry More and they answered their own phone. They sent a crew out to cleanup the water damage within the hour to do so and were very professional and gone within 4 hours with the job being well done.
