Drymore Mold Removal

Drymore was very thorough in their work and explanation of the process. They came out the next day to evaluate and answer all our questions that we threw at them. The cost was reasonable, as can be in such a situation, and was less than other estimates that we got. They kept us up to date on the progress and Stephanie in the office was always in touch and made a stressful situation easy. Great company, would recommend and if needed would use them again.

It's a slow process but went well. All members of the crew were very pleasant and thorough.

This company is amazing. Despite being inundated with requests, they not only returned my call within five minutes (which I made BEFORE 7:00 AM), they were on-site assessing what needed to be done in less than two days. All other companies I called were telling me it would be over two months before they could come out. I was given the cell number for my contact who answered every call.....even on Sundays. If I had any questions they were addressed immediately. Price was reasonable as well. They went above and beyond in more areas than I could ever list here. Use this company!!! Drymore was very easy to deal with. I was out of town and not the easiest client to get a hold of. They answered all questions and completed work around my schedule to make sure my property got a thorough cleaning. My HVAC system needed to be cleaned of above average levels of common mold. A negligent and irresponsible tenant allowed a water leak in a ceiling to turn into a spot common mold problem that led to high levels in the a/c system. Drymore cleaned the entire HVAC system, remediated the spot in the ceiling and wiped down the entire house. They were least expensive of the three quotes I received and did great work.

Both teams from Drymore did an excellent job. My HVAC system was completely cleaned, and the team was very thorough. The mold remediation team did an excellent job as well. I am very satisfied with the work completed by Drymore.

I've gotten estimates from several places and chose drymore because they were one of the two lowest estimates given and answered all my questions. They quoted me $2500 and let me pay in partial payments. They were very good at communicating and doing the job on time. I've since had the property retested and didn't find any issues. Great job drymore and would use you guys again!

they explained everything they were going to do before they started. and they said about how long it would take them to finish. and that was how long it took them. they also told us a head of time how much it would cost. they also sent people to clean the inside of our duct work, where the air and heat comes out. and they sent ladies to clean the walls, vacuum, and wipe down the things that were in the room. and all of them were very friendly to us, and patient with us, when we asked questions about what they were doing.

I called Drymore after finding the mold. Louis came out the same day I called. He was professional, prompt and very friendly. Worksite was kept spotless and extensively cleaned after the mold removal. DryMore did a wonderful job and in a timely manner. The workers were very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable. The office was just the same. Finding out your bathroom has exploded with mold is very stressful, and DryMore did everything they could to make the mold remediation process as easy as possible for us. There are a lot of steps to take in mold remediation, and I always felt very informed in what stage we were in the process. They also took extra precautions and sealed off and scrubbed the air in my toddlers room because I was worried about it. You won't be disappointed for going with DryMore.
