I have been using the company for about 10 years. They are very professional and always call ahead to remind me of the appointment. The staff is very friendly. I get a monthly invoice of what chemicals they have used and any issues they ran into. They also ask me before each service if I have had any issues. I appreciate the face to face contact and great customer service. They are always prompt and show up when they say they will. I think their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service.

They are very dependable, trustworthy and polite. They are very good about taking off their shoes before they come into the house. They are professional. I would highly recommend them.

Don's setup an appt to come do the initial service and prep for the quarterly visits. The exterminator that came out was very helpful in answering all of my questions, since we were fairly new to living in the south and all the associated pests. They are always punctional and send friendly reminders to leave our gates open when our quarterly service is coming up.

We have used Don's Pest Control on our own home for 20 years and have always been very pleased with their service. We now have rental properties. For this most recent acquisition, a home warranty that offered pest treatment was included with the property purchase. We used the other service but won't ever do that again. One week before the tenant moved in we had the property treated yet upon move-in the tenant said there was a problem with roaches. They were running as if the property had never been treated. We immediately called Don's, and fortunately for us, they had availability the next day. Our rental property was thoroughly treated and the tenant noticed an immediate improvement and two days later reported there were no more pests. Honestly, I think the other company used water down product. On all future property purchases, we will go straight to Don's for pest treatment; it is money well spent. Besides, they are always very courteous and great at explaining the pros and cons of treatments. And, if for any reason a problem persists, Don's will do everything they can to remedy the situation.

He's excellent..I've used him for 19 years. They are a family business. I've given several referrals for him. He does termite control as well as pest control. They are very professional and very friendly and customer service is of the highest quality.

.I like the fact that they don't have to come inside my house to do the pest control. I like that they use chemicals that are not harmful to pets or people. I have used them for over 10 years and they have always been prompt and courteous. They always do what they say they will do.

This company is excellent! They are a family owned business, and all of their employees are incredibly knowledgeable. They've always been responsive to my needs, and I highly recommend them to others.

I am been using Don's for over 10 years. I had used several other firms (much larger ones) in the past but there was NO comparison. This is a Fantastic company to deal with. I would pay twice the price of any other company to continue to use them. Fortuneately I don't have to. They don't try to push services on you that you don't need. Also they don't constantly increase their price. One price increase in 10+ years. If you develop a new problem you can call them and they go overboard in explaining what is needed even tell you how you can take care of the problem yourself if appropriate!!! I can't think of enough good words to describe this company!!!

It is a small family-run business. I have been using them for seven years, and I love them. They always ask me if I have any issues, and the last time around, I had an extra issue. I walked him through it, and he took the time to take care of it. I pay them each time they come, and the price depends on what I get done; some months, I just have the yard treated and sometimes, I have additional things done. They are very responsive; if I call with an issue, they will call me back right away. They come out as soon as they can and take care of it. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I am always very pleased with the service that they provide. I have them come out every three months to do spraying. I just used them last week as a matter of fact. The company has an automatic system that calls and tells you when they will be coming and what time. I have not had any problems with the pests coming around.

Don's Pest Control answered my call promptly and followed up quickly with an estimate and treatment. They were very reasonable with their prices and were able to explain the specific reason for using chemicals and the dangers they can impose. The treatment was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set and the exterminator was on time. They reminded me of the next treatment in four months and got rid of all the bugs.
