custom cabinets
 + -1 moreTHE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT ANY HELP EITHER. & THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE / COMMUNICATIONS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH BOTH DESIGNER DECORS AND THE MANUFACTURER OF THE CABINETS I ORDERED. I AM IN SHOCK AT HOW BOTH COMPANIES CAN HANDLE THIS SITUATION SO POORLY.
Description of Work: I ORDERED CABINETS FROM THIS GUY. HE PLACED THE ORDER ABOUT 30 DAYS AFTER I HAD MADE THE ORDER AND PAID IN FULL FOR THE PRODUCT. CAUSING A 8 AND 1/2 WEEK WAIT WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 4 WEEKS. AFTER HE RECEIVED PAYMENT HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. THE ORDER CAME IN WRONG AND HE REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT DRAGGING HIS FEET. ANOTHER COMPANY INVOLVED WAS NOT ANY HELP EITHER. I CAN'T EVEN GET THE HARDWARE FOR ONE OF THE CABINETS.
