+ -1 moreBoth Robert and Sadeem discussed what was needed and took my car for a test drive. They repaired my mounts and struts for under the amount originally thought. Also, they let me know that my brakes needed work and replaced some light bulbs for free. Robert gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain. They have integrity and kindness. Great guys.

+ 0 moreThey are really good at helping me out. I am a regular customer now and there are things that they will do free, just general stuff. They are extremely trust worthy. My other car needed a radiator and they told me it was half price for a used, rebuilt radiator and it is just as good. I put it in my car and sold it to my neighbor and he is still driving it. I recommend everybody to them.
Description of Work: I go to Dennis Automotive Service all the time now because I was having problems and I have a weird car. They do tires and inspections.

+ -1 moreI have recommended multiple times. They always fit me in and give me options. They talk to you and discuss the diagnosis. These people are just beyond belief.. they are absolutely wonderful to work with.
Description of Work: I have been taking my car to Dennis's shop now for 10 years. They do everything.. repairs (major and minor), oil changes, battery replacements, inspections, etc. If they don't do it themselves (e.g. repainting) they will still take the car and have it taken care of by a professional who they use. The owner and his staff of mechanics are trust-worthy, you get more then you pay for and you know that you and your car are being taken care of. They tell me when something needs to be fixed right away, if it can wait or if it is not needed at all. I had an incident where my car wouldn't start. I called Dennis Automotive. They sent someone over to my house who jumped the car and then drove it to the shop and repaired it (battery replacement). I wasn't charged for the home visit - just for the battery and labor. They have in the past driven me to work and picked me up while my car was being fixed (and i couldn't wait) - all without a charge. Around 9 years ago, the radiator on my old car burst and I took it to Dennis's shop. They told me instead of getting a new radiator, that, to save money, I could get a refurbished radiator which work just as good as a new one. I went with their recommendation and 9 years later that car is still running without a problem. I know, because I sold it to my neighbor, who also takes it to Dennis's. I won't use anyone else.
