I paid to get stucco inspection and they worked hard to repair all stucco issues from the report. Alex is a great young man and his dad is very professional for the work. Although we ended up with paying more money due to more issues found from the inspection report, I think they gave us reasonable price. Great family contractor company to work with.

They found water damage under our stucco that we were unaware of after engaging them to fix minor cracks- they quickly repaired a large area and blended it in perfectly.

I hired Demetrio and his son Alejandro to repair and re-build my 3rd-floor balcony. They had visited my place and we have spoken multiple times before giving them the contract. On the very first day of the work, they ended up cutting 8 holes of size at least 2ft x 1ft on my stucco on the 3rd and 2nd floors. They never took any permission from me either in writing or verbal. When I asked them why they did this, I was told to find the source of the leak. This was never part of the job that was granted to them. On the top, they started applying pressure on me to give them stucco work for them to continue the balcony work. They worked only 3 hours the first day and of which the first two hours cutting major holes in the stucco and one hour (after 1.5 hours lunch) to remove tiles from the balcony. They left. The second day they came and we discussed cutting the holes. They even demanded 800-1000$ to leave. Finally, I gave them 500$ to leave. I will never recommend them and would also take further action. The stucco repair is now costing me tens of thousands of dollars.

They did excellent work for a fair price. The only negative on work quality was the dripping of the plaster onto the hedges. If I need their services again, I will suggest using plastic sheeting to cover plants.

The quality of their work was excellent and good value for money. I wish they had taken a bit more care with getting paint on my lemon tree though. I would recommend having a conversation on covering potential nearby items from paint splatter. I still plan to work with them in the future for any other stucco maintenance projects that I have.
