+ 1 moreMr. De La Rosa paid close attention to whether boards could be sealed or caulked vs. the more expensive replacement. All boards replaced fitted exactly and the exterior paint job was excellent. He matched our exterior color but with a higher grade paint than had been used previously. He saved us money and did an excellent job. He has also done landscaping work for us and we were very pleased with the landscaping too.
Description of Work: Caulking and sealing of exterior siding. Replacing boards as needed. Painting all exterior.

+ -1 moreDe La Rosa Services did an excellent job in our yard. The driveway and sidewalk look new. Not only did they plant the grass, but dropped by occassionally during the first few weeks to make sure we were watering it and it was growing. The trees and shrubs really came out great.
Description of Work: Tree trimming, shrub trimming, pressure washing drive and sidewalk, mulching and weeding flower beds, planting sod in lawn
