+ 0 moreLoved the home, loved the lot, was willing to pay a premium, but a premium turned out to be about 30% higher than the average and quot;Newand quot; home on a similar lot. and about 23% higher than the most expensive home in the area. This comparison was per square foot, not total price. When I brought this to their attention, they stated: The land costs have shot up dramatically in the last six months. I understand you are comparing other builders costs, but it is not apples to apples. My cost is what it is. It is more than it was 4 months ago. We do NOT price gouge anybody, ever. We have maintained the same margins with all of our clients. I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement at this time. It was very disappointing.
Description of Work: Provided a bid for a new custom home on a Daybreak owned lot, in Weston Lakes.

+ 2 moreThey are just wonderful to work with. They are extremely responsive, professional and flexible. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
Description of Work: Daybreak Renovations gave me an estimate for upstairs addition of two rooms and an outdoor kitchen. They did some drawings for additions on my home.

+ 0 more.It was a good experience, the foreman was the first person we saw in the morning, and the last person we saw at night. His presence really made a difference to the quality of work they did.
Description of Work: .I used Daybreak Renovations to replace my tile in two bathrooms, and kitchen, they installed glass doors, and painted both bathrooms.
