+ -1 moreWe have not yet decided on a builder so I can't comment here.
Description of Work: I met with a representative and she explained their build on your lot program. We are not yet ready to build so this was more informations gathering. What I did very much like about their program is that all the choices are made (flooring, cabinets, etc..) prior to the start of building. This means that your price is known and the build time is shortened (they say it only takes 6 mos. once building begins). For us this means less time to live in a rent home. They (like many other builders) have a dinner where they make a presentation and you can ask questions. Their program is award winning and sounds very high quality.

+ -1 moreWe are satisfied with the home and the work that this company did for us. They also did all the yard work, painting, flooring, and other home furnishings. They fixed everything to our liking, and I am satisfied with the work that they did. I would use them again to build another home.
