David Weekley Homes is a well-respected name in the industry. However, I have had some challenges with certain team members, specifically Nesby Willis (Manager) and Hankins Ken (Lead Warranty Manager). Unfortunately, my experiences with them have not met the high standards I associate with David Weekley Homes. Both individuals have been difficult to work with and often create a noisy and stressful environment. Even minor issues require significant effort to resolve, making it difficult to achieve a sense of peace and satisfaction. If we have to struggle over every small matter, it diminishes the value of choosing a reputable builder like David Weekley Homes. These frustrations could just as easily be encountered with a local dealer. I am extremely disappointed and fatigued by the excessive negotiations and the constant need to push for resolutions on minor issues. People choose branded homes for quality and peace of mind, which have been lacking in my interactions with Nesby Willis and Hankins Ken.

I will never buy another home from this company. All the houses in my neighborhood have had similar problems. I just feel all these problems shouldn't be happening with our house, because it is still fairly new. I originally had to have carpet taken out & hardwood floors installed. It took 2 months longer to build than expected. They did a bad job all the way around.

We had a great all around experience with Weekly Homes. We felt comfortable that we got exactly what we wanted done, and they build a lot of the homes around here in the different subdivisions. The crew supervisor was really great, he made sure that we were along for the different inspections during the process, and he also came back out after we moved in to fix some very small things for us. The house is everything we expected, and it only took 5 months from start to finish.

They did a superb job on our home. We took every detail we wanted to them and they incorporated it into the home. The specs came out perfect on almost every aspect and when we finally moved in we had a very small list of things we had them do for follow-up work, which is very unusual when having a totally new home built. It took about 8 months to complete the entire job and everything was in place when we moved in to where we didn't have to do anything.

They did a really good job. The sales and main contact person was very good. Very good customer service and a very reputable company. No problems with the home. They worked with us and gave us plenty of time to move in, went above and beyond to help up. Other companies only wanted to give us 30 days to sale old house and move in. These guys were more flexible and just seemed more concerned that we get the house we want.
