Hand an amazing experience at David's Rug store. Went in to have some rugs cleaned which by the way came out amazing, but not only did they do a wonderful job cleaning my rugs, they also were able to sell us some beautiful Modern Rugs. The current rugs that we had were older and more traditional but we were looking to upgrade to newer colors. Their showroom is massive! Entire second floor which was a surprise to us. Everything was so neat and organized which made it very easy for us to find exactly what we wanted. David and his team were so professional, kind and patient with us. We are so glad we found this place to make it our go to rug store. Make sure you DO visit if you are in the market to clean your area rugs or buy a beautiful hand made rug! Thank you again David.

We visited David Oriental Rugs and purchased two unique and valuable Persian rugs. David was very helpful in coordinating the colors and matching the rugs to our furniture and interior design by looking at few photos of our house. In addition, we had him clean and restore 2 other Oriental rugs that we had for many years, by his professional staff.

NEVER EVER TO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL AWFUL - rug dealer. I purchased a rug that was almost $3,000 for my living room. I was told I could take it home and be sure it looked good in my space. After I got it home I did not like it and called him to let him know. He told me that was no problem. He would do whatever I wanted. He could refund my money or let me selected another rug. He has a small business and I wanted to give him my business if possible so I told him we could wait and I come again when I could and try to find another rug. Then he took over two months to come back and pick it up though I called several times. He would send his guys at odd hours and I was never home instead of calling and setting a time to come get the rug. Then he got mad at me for having to come multiple times to pick up the rug. I went to his store on two Saturdays and tried and tried to find a rug I could use. I even had one more delivered to my house trying to find one so he would not have to return my money. I really wanted to give him my business. The second rug did not work and I had to call and call to get him to pick it up. The only reason he ever came was I told him I had found one at another dealer and needed that one out of the way. He did pick it up but his attitude completely changed. He was rude and disrespectful to me. Now it has been two months and he still has not refunded my money. Now he says it has been too long and he will only give me another rug but not give me back my money. HE LIED TO ME. Now because I was trying to be nice and give him my business I have had to hire an attorney to get my money back. NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!
