David Maldonado Remodeling

David and his team painted our home, including walls, ceilings, built in shelving and beadboard, trim, doors, and crown mouldings. David designed 2 faux finishes for some alcoves in our living and family room that turned out beautifully. Everyone did a fabulous job and we are so happy with the result. The work was completed in just over 2 weeks. Workers were always on time and stayed the entire day. We did absolutely no prep work, they did it all. They moved all our belongings, protected them and our furniture, and put everything back when they were done. They rehung all the curtains. They were considerate to complete one area before starting another. They kept the kitchen as accessible as possible, which I appreciated. David also repaired some other faux finishes in our house that we decided not to change, and did a super job matching the colors and blending them. We would definitely hire these guys again.
