Description of Work: Performed a checkup on the unit. They were fast and pleasant, I also bought their annual maintenance plan for next year.

Description of Work: Replaced two complete A/C units in my home. Very professional throughout the process starting with quote through installation. They took great care with installation and just did an excellent job including ducts, piping, pans and all ancillary items that go along with A/C replacement. Description of Work: We have used this Co. since 1970 & trust their work & advice. No one else has serviced our units. We trust them to be in our home when we're away. They have replaced our furnace once & the A/C maybe twice in all these years. They have serviced our units 2xs annually as per contract to keep them in good working order. They are good, honest & competent workers.

Description of Work: Inital call was service for A/C not cooling house well. Service person did go into attic, but stated he could not check or clean the condenser coil because it was enclosed with mastic. He also stated he couldn't lubricate the motor because it was sealed (newer home, built in 2005). He mentioned about checking the air filters for the return vents, but he failed to check any of them. System was found to be over 6, yes SIX, lbs short of refrigerant. He filled at $35/lb and then proceeded to do electronic leak check by the suspected equipment, the coil. He stated the coil was leaking, but couldn't find exact location. Was quoted $2000 to replace 3 ton condenser coil.
