Description of Work: Clearview cleaned the windows and screens inside and out. The windows did look nice when finished. HOWEVER, dirty, wet tools had been placed on carpets, beds and furniture leaving marks which had to be cleaned. Dirty footprints were on the stairs. Cleaning materials (rags and cleaners) were left in house. The exterior water was left turned on and the hose was not recoiled and returned to the back yard (left stretched across the front yard) after cleaning screens.

Description of Work: A couple weeks to respond as they were very busy with new customers from the Angie's List coupon discount offer. From the cost and looking at the Clearview website and blog, http://www.clearviewslo.com/blog/bid/118789/How-much-does-window-cleaning-cost , it does not appear the $99 coupon for 12 window exteriors said to be normally $179 was any cost savings at all. The web site quotes $12 per window inside and out, I was charged an additional $5 per window to do all the inside windows except one, and an additional $7 per window to do the remaining 11 exterior windows. $99 divided by 12 exterior windows is $8.25 per exterior window paid for buying the coupon so we actually paid $15 more by using the coupon than the usual price.

Hello Mr [Member name removed], we apologize for any misunderstanding of the price. however you bought a 12 window package exterior only for $99, it turns out that you had double the amount of windows in your home and they are very large windows not standard size, so I'm not quite sure why that package would interest you. however on my first visit I told you and recommended that you get the inside done because it seems as if you have never cleaned the inside of your windows. You called me back only wanting to do the outside and when we showed up we did both inside and outside and it took a lil time because of how filth ythe windows were. $238 was you price for inside and out and extremely large windows of 25 count. however my package is $179.00 for 20 windows which is $8.95 dollars per window, so you actually paid less! However I am sorry if that wasn't in your budget but you got a great deal for the size home that you have and amount of windows, however with that being I am a professional window cleaner who runs a business that turns a profit. I'm not bucket bob window cleaner or the guy at the gas station with the windex bottle and rag coming to clean your windows. I run a professional business and I am in it to make a profit! however in the future my suggestion would be is for you to buy a package that is more suitable for your home and budget!
