DAMON'S FURNITURE REPAIR

Jim was incredible. The work was done really well. We had a broken back of an expensive dining room chair. He strengthened the back that was completely broken and repaired it so you can hardly tell. We will use him again for all our furniture repair!

I e-mailed Jim Damon on a Sunday afternoon. He responded immediately, we spoke on Sunday night, and he was at my home by 2 pm on Monday. The repair was completed within two hours. He communicated with me all through the repair and even did some additional minor fixes on other areas of the table at a very reasonable price. The entire interaction was very positive and Jim was extremely professional in every aspect of the job.... responsiveness, punctuality, knowledge and most importantly... a successful repair of my table!

Mr. Damon returned my call the same day I placed it, and was able to visit our house the following day. He assessed the problem and came up with solution and a quote within an hour, and the repair was completed that afternoon. The couch looks great! He was informative and professional and I would recommend him to anyone!

It went very well. Jim Damon called back less than an hour after I left him a message, and he came the next day to inspect my chairs. He took three of them back to his shop, plus three other seat cushions. In about half a week, he was back with the finished product. He did GREAT work. My chairs are repaired well at a fair cost. I am very impressed with the work of Jim Damon.

All I can say is "how did he do that?" I didn't think the damage could be repaired let alone done as if it wasn't ever damaged at all. Jim is professional, punctual and no surprises. He waved the inspection fee, quoted me a price by looking at a picture over the phone and that's what I paid. I will always recommend Damon's Furniture Repair.
