Outstanding! Damar installed new floors in my kitchen and two bathrooms, sinks, cabinets, lights…everything in both bathrooms. Love, love, love their work. They are careful, do a beautiful job, are respectful of my time and property. Really wonderful and my “go to” for anything and everything that needs to be done in my house and property.

I've hired Be and his team before to install the flooring throughout my entire house and he has been my go-to ever since. He's done small jobs for me like recaulking the bathrooms and installing crown molding and him and his team completed another large job for me and did amazing as always. My back yard is small and incredibly uneven and they turned my awkward space into a beautiful entertainment space and converted it into a large patio. I think I had bought about 144 pavers and each one was perfectly spaced and aligned and the uneven ground was no more. They were on time every day, brought my vision to life perfectly and were done in less than a week. Damar will continue to be my go-to for home projects.

Be built a 15 x 15 ft dog pen to house two large breed dogs. He constructed the pen as requested and placed a doggy door in the side of the shed that is housed inside the pen. Damar's work is always outstanding as I have used his services on multiple occasions. I will use again in the near future and highly recommend for any fencing or handywork. He can do anything!

Damar Co. has been my go to handy man on many occasions with 100% satisfaction each & every time. Be built a 140 ft fence with the top cap and used screws rather than nails. It only took two days from start to finish. I will use Demar Co for many more projects going further. I highly recommend Be for any project.

Excellent. Be restored a 50 year old garage that has had 0 maintenance since it was built. He repaired and painted all of the sheetrock and painted an epoxy on the floor. Installed fresh lighting. Changed the entire look of the garage. This is 7th time that I have hired Be and always 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Damar Co.

Damar Co had installed a section of fence for me several years ago and it is still rock solid, so I hired them for installing a new fence around pool area and added one gate entrance. The owner is hands-on and a craftsman, he is always present and active with his crew and they are hard working. For example, he uses high-end, good quality screws that he has to purchase in a remote area of Houston. The crew removed a lot of vegetation and the old fence and left the new fence and yard very clean. There were some trees to navigate. It was not an easy job. They provided a slightly taller fence for me, with a very strong foundation. The fence looks great.

Outstanding, Be always takes care of my handy projects quickly and efficiently. I will always call him first for any remodeling or handyman services.

I have used Be in the past for other projects. As usual, the quality of his work was outstanding! He uses only the best lumber and screws vice nails. He will be replacing our other section in a couple weeks.

As with the first section he completed in June, the quality of the second section he did was outstanding.

Strong wind put down a portion of our backyard fence. Online reviews have been excellent on Damar co so we decided to give them a try. From day we contacted them until fence was done it took a week as this was sudden and unplanned. First they put a small barrier as soon as they cane the first day to contain hazardous material and form a barrier with the outside. Then after a week they came with the material and equipment and built the fence. The building portion took one day. Mr Be himself told us that he charges a bit higher than competitors because of the quality of his work and that he uses more cement at the base to make it more steady. He was upfront about the additional cost compared to others. We are satisfied and will use Damar co again in the future.

The crew was here first thing in the morning and my beautiful new fence was finished by 5. I would definitely hire this company again

I have the nicest fence in the neighborhood and without a doubt the strongest. Many have asked who did the fence and complimented it with envy. A neighbor told me he wished he had known about Be and his crew when he did his fence because mine was made much more sturdy. The crew all worked hard and paid a lot of attention to detail and have amazing skills at leveling the fence in a not so level yard. Be had to go to 3 different stores to finish getting my pickets because since he hand picks them there were not enough that met his approval for being worthy to be used on my fence. Be is not just a contractor, he is an artist. It will not be your lowest fence bid but it will be the one with the highest quality craftsmanship and materials.

I received amazing quality workmanship from a very skilled tradesman. The owner, Be Ayyash, is a perfectionist that takes great pride in the quality of his work and the product he produces. We needed a 'Doggy Gate' and Mr. Ayyash made the cutest high-quality doggy fence complete with little handmade doggy decorations on the fancy gate (Made of cedar wood by Mr. Ayyash himself). Mr. Ayyash is definitely the nicest, kindest, attentive and friendly contractor we've ever met. We absolutely love our new fence and we now have the nicest fence in our community! Be knows what he’s doing ! And fast and professional! The best part is my church had little funds so he donated his time and materials on an early Sunday morning ! Don’t get burned hiring a contractor with poor work ethic even if it’s cheaper . Serious ! Be goes beyond expectations because that’s who he is .

This was my second experience with Be. Recent job was a large project to replace approx. 283 feet of 30-year old fence barely standing since "Ike". I had to coordinate with 4 other property owners! Be's proposal was detailed with pricing for each section and the materials to be used. The materials are not from the big box stores and Be only uses quality lumber. There isn't one nail in this fence. The schedule was to be completed in about 3 days. Bottom line: Be kept his word on this project, it was completed on time, within budget and with the quality as stated. The area was thoroughly cleaned of all the debris, old fence material was hauled off and this fence is stronger than any fencing I have seen. Be is meticulous about how to build these fences. Also, my next door neighbor and I opted for updating our gates. I'm still not satisfied with my originally built gate design. I've asked Be to redo my gate again (different design) with a fair estimate and I'll write a separate review for that. Not worried about it. Excellent job!

Got the back fence line in my back yard replaced last year. His team showed up on the scheduled day and completed by the end of the same day. Used ground-contact grade pressure treated lumber for vertical fence posts and rot board and cedar for the planks. Each piece was very straight with minimum knots as they hand-picked each one from an independent lumber store (not from a chain hardware store). It's been about 7 months and the fence looks great. Very happy.

Be was outstanding to work with. Was professional from the first encounter to the last. He came in with a mock-up of his work and the quality that he adheres to and it showed through the entire project he did for us. He replaced two sides of our fence that were about to fall down. The lumber he chose was top notch. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Key examples of this was his willingness to fit us in during a weekend so that we did not have to wait weeks. This was because of concerns of an aggressive dog next door. He took our old gate that was fairly new and installed it used it on our neighbors fence to take their old gate and make it more secure (at no additional charge). He even noticed that we had a low area in our yard that was collecting water. He asked if we minded if he took the dirt from the holes he dug and used it to build up the low area so that water did not puddle anymore. I could not be happier with the end result. Will definitely use in the future and have already told people I know to use him. I wish all contractors were this great!!!

Be Ayyash and his helper did the work in only a few hours one morning. They cleaned everything up and left no trace that they had been there. They did a complete and thorough job. The price was extremely reasonable (and included hauling away the materials) and I will definitely hire them again when it is time to rebuild a cover over the deck.

He was extremely quick to respond and was able to come out the next day to work on the project. Excellent work and very reasonably priced compared to other quotes.

I have hired Be Ayash several times now to perform general handyman work at my house. He is always professional. He is punctual, performs his job flawlessly, is polite, and quickly performs all needed tasks. He also quickly responds when I call or text him to hire for a new job. Be knows what he is doing, and he always leaves the house clean. I plan to continue hiring him in the future for whatever home repairs I need.

Above excellent! Prompt and honest reply to job request. Work performed to perfection. Went above and beyond with keeping area clean. HAND STAINED, not sprayed!! Shored up water damaged supporting 6x6 posts with concrete footings. fairly well.. he was usually on time except one time. Most things were done well but I was unhappy with a cabinet footer that he was to replace. Twice he "fixed" it but the type of wood he used didn't match the rest of the "faux" wood and it left gaps that definitely should not have been there. In the end, I will have to have someone else make the repair properly.
