Cy Fair Pools

This guy needs to be out of business if he isn't already. He needs to not work on anybody else's pool ever. The service was good but the end result was horrible. I might as well put the pool on the ground myself. It was a horrible thing. We are paying for it now. Scott himself was a nice guy. Our pool raise. They screwed up the drain. They thought they made it right and it's never been right since so we are always having to refill the pool. And, if the patio is no longer the same height with the pool so now I have to have a new patio because the pool raised. When they empty it, they drill holes in it to avoid the pool from floating up to the surface and it did. So now, I've got an inch and a half to two-inch gap where I need a new patio now. They were prompt and they did it within a week like they said. I would absolutely not use him on the future.
