Had appointment with Chris Coulson set for Friday, 9/23/22, between 10 -11 AM for "New Job Walk Through" to install a Home Theater System. As of 12:45 PM on 9/27/22, I have not heard from Mr. Coulson.

Professional from start to finish. Above and beyond what was expected. Turned a box full of tangled wires and parts into a state of the art system.

These guys know their stuff and are fantastic to work with. Chris was immediately responsive to my initial inquiry and came out promptly to check out the project. He was able to get me on their installation schedule within a few days and got started. Unfortunately, unknown to me, the builder of the house used a pre-wire subcontractor who didn't really know what they were doing, which created issues and obstacles with installing and connecting everything as planned. No worries, the team came up with workarounds to get it done. The install took longer than they had planned as a result, but they stayed with it and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. They've been great in supporting their work, making some tweaks and I'm going to add a couple more things. The people they have working with them are friendly, professional and hard working - great guys. I found their pricing to be reasonable and their service and dedication top-notch. Chris and Mike and the team are CTS are my go-to company for my AV/Internet/Camera needs and I highly recommend them.

It was not an easy job; they worked several hours very diligently but when they left it was all working and looking good. They are all very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. I can say with confidence that I would recommend them to anyone having trouble with any sound or video issues.

Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on my electronics,they were very professional and knowledgeable,I needed three rooms of electronics reconnected and rewired,along with the security system. and a projector.if you need an electronics surgeon, Chris and his crew are it.

Wow! First class company. Responded fast. Came right out and looked at what I needed. On previous houses, other companies had told me I needed to go get the tv brackets. That would have been ok when I was married. Now it just seems to overwhelm me to do these tasks. This company said they would get the bracket and take care of the whole job. They were professional, punctual, clean, trustworthy, friendly and incredibly helpful since I have no knowledge or interest in thus type of task. They got my tv mounted over the fireplace and working with the remote. Those were the two things that were important to me. They dusted, swept and took all their trash away with them. They even hung my heavy mirror that the tv replaced. AND, my 4x6 white board got hung. All things I hate to ask my friends and neighbors to do. Mom, Dad, and I are not strong enough to do any of this. Very nice folks. I will suggest them to all my friends and neighbors. Please call them with any electronic, security system, outdoor entertainment, whole house entertainment, theater room, etc. I will only use this company from now on!!!!!!!

Chris and Mike Coulson, brothers and owners of Custom Theater Solutions, installed a Wifi extender in the ceiling of my foyer to increase Wifi strength throughout the house. They don't normally do installations themselves but their employees were busy completing a big installation at a car dealership so they decided to do the install at my house themselves to honor the agreed upon date and time of service. Chris climbed around in my hot attic to hard-wire the extender so that no wires were visible inside the house. Mike installed software on my computer to manage the extender and patiently explained how to use it. The price was reasonable, just as Chris had previously quoted, and much lower than a competitor's price. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Custom Theater Solutions to anyone.

They did an amazing job. I couldn’t believe how they hid all the wires and made everything look so wonderful. They even crawled in the attic to mount the speakers up at the top of the walls in my house which has very high ceilings. They were even able to integrate my record player into my sound system, which was great. They clean up after themselves and are very polite and professional. This company has always been able to do whatever I needed and I really appreciate it. Their pricing is also very reasonable.
