Maribel was very nice and arrived close to on time. I had purchased 2 curtain panels that I needed cut down into 2 smaller panels to fit my window. I also needed a custom valence made. I had the one that had been up previously so she had a pattern to go by. She bought the materials for the valence (material, trim, black out fabric, cording). The labor cost was $350.00 .Overall I'm happy with the result. The fabric she purchased was a toile. She centered it beautifully on the arch of the valence. My issue is that the fabric was not smoothed out before it was sewn so it has irregular puffy spots. The valence itself is a little too long and there is a missing crystal from the trim. I asked her about it at the time and she kept smoothing it out saying it is what it is. The panels were hung wrinkled. Not that that's a huge deal, the wrinkles are falling out. But you can now see the bottom hem isn't quite straight. and there are puffy areas that might have been avoided had the material not been wrinkled when sewn.. I would say the for the quality of the work I received , the price was too high.

She is very good. She is from Spain and she makes beautiful drapery. I have looked at her work. We went to a fabric store together to pick out my fabric. She designs and makes them. Then she has a crew that comes in and installs them. She is very patient. She did not charge me for extra time and gave me a discount. She really wants you to have a product that you are pleased with.
