+ -1 moreInstaller showed up early and walked me through the installation process. He bagan working and installed the system within 2 hrs. He was very professional and respected our house. He took his boots off every time he had to go in the house. After the installation was complete he set up up the unit and flushed the whole system. He explained to me how the system worked and was able to answer all of my questions. This system is far above the others as they have a more elaborate filtering system. The Water system is amazing! We are able to use less soap during showers, dishwasher, even the laundry. The water is less harsh than the hard water I used to have. My wife loves it as she doesn't have to use as much lotion as she used to. The taste is better than that of bottled water too. I would recommend this product to anybody in the market for a soft water system. They have a 5 yr maintenance contract that is hard to beat as well. I researched other water softner systems and I am glad we chose this product. We are extreme happy with the water and will stop buying bottled water!

+ -1 moreThe provider explained the system in details. Installed the system in my garage. Did a neat job. Cleaned up everything. Explanation as to how the system works and operates. Warranty and servicing was explained. Good professional people. System installed is very good. I just had my house remodeled and had new plumbing installed and I am happy with the quality of water. No more water stains on my appliances. Water tastes great.

+ -1 moreThe water used to smell and there was a lot of chlorine and hard water. After they installed the system all these problems went away. I am very happy with the system. They also installed a water purification system on the lid of the kitchen sink and the water is clean and has a very good flavor. I highly recommend them.
