Crown Carpet Care

The day of the cleaning, I spoke to a man named David (the man who did the cleaning) who told me all the work was guaranteed to my satisfaction. I was in the hospital after having major abdominal surgery when the cleaning was completed, so I wasn't able to inspect the work on the day of cleaning. I called Crown Carpet Care on 4/10/10 to ask them to come back out and reclean 2 of the 8 rooms they cleaned on 4/1/10 because they still looked dirty. I spoke to Michael Kemper. After asking for the reclean, Michael immediately started yelling at me, told me the guarantee was for 24 hours after the initial clean only, refused to work with me, refused to give me the name and number for the owner, and hung up the phone on me. I called back again to ask him for the owner's name and number. Michael screamed at me again, said he was the owner, and hung up again. I called again to let him know I would file complaints against him if he didn't work with me. He again screamed at me and hung up. I looked his company up on the BBB and found there was another complaint against him. I called to talk with him 1 last time. After answering the phone and lying and saying he wasn't Michael, he again screamed at me, threatened to call the police on me if I called him again, told me he wouldn't redo the 2 rooms, and told me to never call him again. After this horrifying experience, I would not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone use this company.
