Crew "bat" lead by Guadalupe arrived early in the morning and set to work right the way. They work very hard throughout the day to get everything done by the end of the day! Guadalupe kept me updated periodically and showed me pictures of the progress and answer all the questions I have. All his crew members are very nice, courtesy and professional. Traps were set to catch any escapees and the office will call me tomorrow for follow up inspections. Thanks for getting rid of the nasty guests in my attic! The initial inspection was done by Craig who is also very nice. He explained everything in details and answered numerous questions that we have.

Critter Control sent out 3 big trucks and trailers and probably about 8-12 workers who each had specific jobs to do. They got right to work vacuuming the attic - all insulation, feces and urine and probably many rats that had been hiding under the insulation. They vacuumed for about 2-3 hours non-stop into huge bags that were set up out in my front yard. Once that was done, they inspected air ducts, electrical wires, vents and any holes or spaces where rats were getting in. They sprayed the entire attic, vents, ducts, wires and every visible surface with a sanitizer/disinfectant. We (me and my dogs) had to leave the house for a couple hours because the smell was so strong. When we returned, crews were busy sealing up holes, vents, spaces, etc so that no new rats could get in, and repairing wiring, and ducts where rats had chewed through them and created hazards. They then sprayed in all new insulation that is treated with a chemical that critters actually can't stand the smell of. These guys worked 13 hours and got both houses completely clean, rodent free and non-enterable. They cleaned up behind themselves, made no big mess, and made me feel like we were completely safe and clean. They took many pictures along the way and at the end I was sent an itemized report of all they had done with before and after pictures. Their work is guaranteed for 5 years but since we decided to use them as our regular pest control company, they extended he warranty to life-time.

The initial assessment was on January 26th, and the major clean out and remediation work was done on January 29th. All of the work was done in one long day. Critter Control Of Houston came with a crew chief, 7 man crew, 3 trucks, 1 trailer and all the equipment and know-how to get the job done. While in my attic they found several dead critters and one BIG live opossum that they live-trapped and relocated. A total of six follow-up visits were made after the major work was done on January 29th. Each time the perimeter of the home was checked, the attic was inspected and my questions / concerns were addressed completely. The final follow-up visit was completed on March 24th. I could not be happier with the work all of the Critter Control guys did. I worked with Craig on the initial assessment, crew chief Ben and his team for the major service performed, and follow-up visits with Nathan, Terry and Manuel. All of these men were polite, respectful and professional. I would recommend them to anybody who is unfortunate enough to have a critter problem the way I did.

It was very quick. I was looking for something more detailed. I wasn't too impressed. They didn't charge anything extra. I wanted them to address it and find out what the root of the problem was. He said he'll put the powder to stop them from coming back. It was underwhelming. I just wish somebody would have taken the time to check the house a lot more thoroughly.

They were very prompt, courteous, professional & thorough. The majority of the job was completed in 1 day. The electrician will need to come on another day but the wires that need to be replaced or repaired have been marked by Critter Control. Critter Control costs a little bit more than some competitors, but they are absolutely worth it! We just had our service completed, and they were responsible, professional, and thorough. They were extremely responsive and punctual, and they provided great customer service. Their complete and thorough service gives me great peace of mind, and the lifetime warranty they provide lets me know that we have someone to call if there is ever a problem (which I don't expect there to be because of the quality of their work). We have been incredibly pleased.

One thing that did happen was the drain line to the sewer got clogged with insulation forcing water to backup in our bathrooms. We had to call in a plumber to unclog the blockage. Insulation somehow got into a loose vent pipe and went down into the sewer pipe. Critter control paid for the plumber bill. All in all, we are very happy with Critter Control and would recommend them.

I had no idea that controlling animals from entering and living in our home was so involved. I had used other services to remove rats in the past but new rats kept coming back. The work was all done in just one day. Inspections were done for three weeks following. All seems to be going well so far and the company is available to help if any further animal problems develop. It is important to keep these animals out of your home because, apart from the health issues, they can damage ductwork and wiring.

Scheduling was quick and easy and due the extent of the problem they got my set for an appointment within 7 days. The workers arrived on time and completed the job in a single day, as promised.

The Critter Control technician who came to our house was very detailed on his explantations of the service and bid. I have to be honest, when he told me the amount of the services I was a sticker shocked and I felt confident after his explanation of the work that they would end our rodent problem. We had used John Moore company in the past and was very unhappy with their services, therefore we were very skeptical. Critter Control showed up at our house on time to start the work and the staff was very professional. The Manager was very detailed on the service that was going to be provided and how the day would look, in order that our family would be prepared. The work was completed by the time promised. I did a walk through after the work was complete and was very surprised by how clean our house was, like nothing ever happened. The attic where the work was done was perfect and the nasty smell that use to be there was now replaced by a clean smell. The attic was more organized then when they started the job. The weekly follow ups were outstanding and on time. If we had any issues the issues were addressed with no questions asked. We could not be any happier then we are with the services that we received from Critter Control and would recommend them to anyone that has had rodent problems.

Iy was wonderful. We have a sick child continuously in the hospital. They were professional and quick and the after product has been wonderful. No more critters great insulation job. We couldnt be happier. We are soon to have our 1yr follow up.

This company totally tried to rip us off! We called them for a bat problem. After they got here they went to look in the attic. The guy, Mark, came down and said, "You've got rats." Just like that. Scared the heck out of me. He then went on to tell us how terrible it can be, and that basically everything needed to be ripped out and replaced. I was totally caught off guard. Especially since we have never had ANY evidence of rodent activity in our home. Nothing. The guy seemed very professional and intelligent, and also trustworthy. But once he quoted us the $6000 dollar price, that was a red flag for me. I decided we would get a couple different opinions. We had two different companies come out. The first one, Ballard's Pest Control, is the one we ended up going with. And wow! We are so glad we had someone else take a look. Saved us &6000 bucks. Turned out to be a very minor minor problem, that was easily remedied. Like under $250 easy. This guy flat out lied to my face. He told me we needed to replace things that we don't even have. Like a hooded vent. Don't have those. And foundation gaps that need to be filled, don't have those either. He barely mentioned the bats after he said something about rats. It was all about the rats after that. "You're house is like a neon sign, calling all the other rodents." I am furious that a company like this would practice such terrible and dishonest business practices. I never take time to write reviews but this company took the cake. Please call another company. I hate that they've swindled all these people into spending thousands of dollars when the problem that they have could have only cost them a couple hundred.

I want to thank Critter Control for the outstanding job they did at my house. We noticed evidence of rats in our home. We planned to take care of it ourselves with a trap or two until the rats got out of the walls and were running around our upstairs. When I saw the droppings I couldn?t sleep at night. When I returned home I couldn?t tell they?d been there. They cleaned everything up and even vacuumed the upstairs. They did all of this in one day. I was very impressed. I am very pleased with Critter Control and would recommend them to anyone with a critter problem. They are very professional and very experienced in this field. Fantastic job! Very thorough in explaining everything they found and how they would fix. We were able to walk with them and see every bit of damage. Pictures taken. Step by step process of fixing was explained. Awesome crew from start to finish. I will continue with this company on a bi-monthly service. They earned our trust and respect!

The interaction went very well. The appraisal was thorough and included a full discussion of the pros and cons of each potential remediation option. There was no pressure to choose the most extensive or expensive options and we felt that Mark went out of his way to answer our questions, address our concerns, and develop a remediation plan that fit our situation and budget.

Critter Control Houston did a fine job. The project team arrived on time and were professional. They kept me in the loop the entire time. I am confident that my issue with animals entering, nesting, and running around in my home has been permanently fixed. From the first representative's visit through all the steps (decontamination, installation of new insulation and critter proofing the exterior), all was done as promised and thoroughly explained all along the way. It was a big job done for a big but fair price.

The main part of the job was done to my satisfaction. Cleanup: They left a caulk gun in the back yard and a rat trap in my driveway. If one of the 6 to 8 year old neighbor kids would have gotten a hold of it, real damage could have been done. They also left spots of clear caulk on my back patio that had to be scraped up. They also told me in the initial meeting that 3 post inspections would be done, each by a separate person. This was done to make sure fresh eyes would be looking at the house each time. We had the same guy all 3 times. After I mentioned my issues to them, they sent out a service manager to do a full inspection, He went over the entire house, explained what he saw, and gave advice on how to further keep rodents away from the house. This effort by the company gave me full satisfaction that the work was done well, and gave me the confidence we are rodent free. I really appreciated their taken carfe of this promptly.

Crew was very professional and courteous. They were here all day but fully completed the job. Feel very confident no future pests will be able to get in our home.
