Mark and Ruben were both very professional. Entire crew was punctual, polite and well versed in critter removed. They covered everything in plastic so that nothing was tracked onto our floors. They went over and aboard to make sure we clearly knew each step of the process. I would highly recommend Critter Control to anyone.

The company was very professional, from initial phone call , then to all the visits made by their technicians.

Preston and his team showed up at 0840 hours or so. Preston and Hugo, along with several other workers, prepped the house. The work being done went smoothly, as far as I could tell. During decontamination, the "bomb" was placed too close to the air intake of the central heating and air system. Condensation formed on the intake, puddled, and leaked through my ceiling. My dining room table and the floor underneath were covered in liquid. This liquid soaked through a folder I had on the table and ruined most of the legal paperwork I had inside. My accident report from HPD, gone. Medical paperwork from four different medical facilities, either gone or soiled by the liquid. My contract with my lawyer, soiled. A check from Liberty Mutual Insurance for $4,800 dollars, soiled. And so on, and so on. I told Preston about the leak. He apologized and cleaned up the mess, but the damage was already done. After the job was done, the inside of the house was cleaned. Except for leak, the inside of the house was fine. The outside was a different story. A board of hardie plank had come loose from the house. Instead of pushing the board back into place, the board was cemented to the house with a huge gap showing. Trash cans were moved onto our walkway, and not returned to their spots. Cement residue covered the walkway. Water hoses were used and not rolled back up. I know these may seem like minor things, but we did spend 8 grand on this job. What really took me by surprise was when Preston told me, that no damage was seen to the wiring in the attic while the work was being done. I was told by Craig, the representative that did the inspection, that our wiring in the attic showed signs of being gnawed by rats. I know the job had to be done, but I wonder if instead of giving into my fear for my family's health, I should have gotten a second opinion.

Preston and his crew were great. They showed up on time and had the job completed at the time they said it would be done. They cleaned up the job site and removed all of the debris. I would definitely ask them back but I don't think I will need to.

From Ben coming out to look at our critter issue and giving me an estimate to Breck the job manager, the whole process was quick and efficient. They completely cleaned our attic spaces (old insulation, dust, debris, nests, etc.), deodorized, blew in Boric treated cellulose insulation, and completely sealed our entire home so re-entry is unlikely. Everyone was wonderful to work with. The whole process was done in one day, everyone was super polite, they took extreme care with our home, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Best of all, I don't have to spend one more night listening to the pitter-patter of little feet in my attic.

crew did an good job but could have cleaned up a little better after work was completed, office employees were very good at scheduling and following up, I would use them again.

During the 1st inspection, the gentlemen examined the attic and claimed he saw the traces of rats. He drafted a contract of $2546 including Step 1: Animal Removal; Step 2: Entry Prevention & Repair. We signed it on 11/23/2016. They identified several entries to be sealed. They came here multiple times and fixed all the entries that were identified by them. Then started to put traps. Unfortunately they did not catch any animal. It happened that the night activities stopped at that time. We thought maybe the animal couldn't get in any more since all entries have been sealed. We were told "don't worry , you have 1-year warranty". After a couple of months, the night activities started again. I called Critter Control. One gentlemen came to check, he found a couple of water damage to softie under the roof near Master bedroom. He told us we had to fix them by ourselves (not covered by their warranty). Otherwise the animal always can get in. We hired a third party and fixed them. Then I called Critter Control. Their Control Manager told me every time they came to put the trap, I have to pay. She told me my 1-year warranty voided. I asked why, she said it's because of the entries from water damage. But we already fixed them. They voided the warranty to catch the animal. The water damage has been there when they 1st time examined the house, they did not see it. We did not know either. I don't see any reason they voided the warranty. So the consequence is we spent $2546 to catch the animal in order to stop the night activity, the problem is still there. BIG WASTE! I'm going to consult an attorney for this issue.

I had contacted Critter Control after having a problem with a raccoon making a nest in my attic. Fortunately, my next door neighbor was kind and brave enough to trap and dispose of the animal. Craig Howard stopped by and after inspecting the attic and taking pictures of the raccoon's feces in multiple locations there and potential entry points outside my house, came up with an itemized estimate to decontaminate and sanitize the attic; safely remove old fiberglass insulation and blow in new R-36 cellulose insulation (eco-friendly with 15% boric acid). Craig was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns and came up with estimates for other optional and follow-up services they can perform. After giving them the go-ahead, they had a crew of seven do the work in one day in a professional and efficient manner. Despite the cost, I was very pleased with the overall experience and results and will hire them again, if necessary.

The original quote was for much more than I needed. I ended up cutting out a few things to bring the price down. They did fix the problem.

Guadalupe, Ivan, and the Bat team were punctual and professional. I was told that they would arrive between 8 and 10. They were here by 8:30 and finished before 12. Guadalupe and Ivan answered all the questions I had and made me feel like I was not a bother. They also left my home cleaner than when they came. After the service was completed, Guadalupe walk with me and showed me what was done and explain the follow up for the service. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

The team arrived on time, took precautions to minimize any dust or damage to the inside of the house and began the work. The entire job was completed the same day. The technicians were skilled and careful. The on-site supervisor kept me appraised of the status of all activities. They cleaned up the exterior of the property to remove trash from the repairs. They primed and painted the newly installed metal flashings use to cover access points into the attic. They placed screening material in all brick weep hole and over all pipe openings on the roof. Finally, they caulked all of the areas where wood met the brick on the exterior of the house. Lastly, the new insulation they installed was treated to boric acid, which repels both animals and insects. I called them on Thursday afternoon and an inspector was on-site Friday afternoon. I signed the contract on work was started and finished on Monday. Unfortunately, this was a very expensive project. Because of the seriousness of the the animal infestation and wiring damage I chose not to seek alternate bids. I feel their proposed solutions and work performed were worth the expense.

Overall a very pleasant & professional experience! Dusty took the time to thoroughly inspect our house, explain their whole clean-up & removal process step-by step, and booked us a clean-up time within 2 days. Kimberly provided wonderful customer service and was very good with helping us to coordinate when the removal teams would show up. Guadalupe & his Bat Team endured bone-chilling temps to get our house fixed up (animal removal, entry prevention & repair, decontamination, and remediation) and were extremely professional. They showed up on time, always kept me updated on what they were doing, and finished the job very quickly & efficiently. They will even schedule follow-up appointments with you to check the status of any set traps. In terms of cost, ok be prepared to shell out some serious bucks, but I truly feel that it was well worth it because of how professional their whole team was, and how they provide warranties for their work performed. This is the company you should be looking for if you want a true long-term fix to your wildlife infestation in the home.

All of the Critter Control employees were extremely professional. This includes the office staff, the initial inspector, the crew who did the actual work, and the two followup inspectors. I can't imagine having a better experience. They have been a total pleasure to work with.

Company responded the next day, they inspected all of the area and then explained what they found and what they would do to correct the rat infestation. It took 2 days to work us into their schedule. They informed us a hour before they arrived and got right to work. They protected my floors with plastic and wore shoe protection. Work proceded very quickly and was completed in just one day. This included the repair of three large holes cut into walls to gain access to all of the attics, as if they had never been cut. Everyone connected with Critter Control was professional. Manuel showed up promptly as promised (within 2 hours) and removed the squirrel. He was going to take the squirrel to wild life shelter but he didn't think the squirrel would make it as it wasn't in great shape. I like the idea they try to save a wildlife. Mark arrived to inspect the attic and give an evaluation of the problems. Mark determined from the droppings, wires chews and insulation being rummaged that squirrels had been inside before. Mark offered a solution to stop future infestations which we will likely do. Very, very professional team and I would highly recommend this company.

The service was fantastic. They were prompt, efficient and very friendly. There services were thorough, as we got walkthoughs before and after the services. Looking through our attic spaces after, it looks like a brand new space. I admit there was a bit of sticker shock, mostly because of my ignorance of the difficulty in removing animals rather than insects. However, I did some shopping around and when I looked at the number of separate providers I would need to remove the rodents, seal the house, and repair damage to insulation, wiring and ducts, it actually came out to a fair amount. Add in the follow-up visits and long-term, transferable warranty (5-years), the value is reasonable.

Everything went really well. They did a great job! We also have a 5-year guarantee with their service, and Critter Control will continue checking our property annually to make sure no more rodents have returned. We feel confident that the rodent problem has been resolved, We are definitely satisfied customers! We highly recommend Critter Control for anyone who has a rodent problem on their property.

They did a great job. They used professional equipment/covers for things like the dryer vent and A/C unit and had the job done in a few hours. I was impressed. They are still coming back to check the traps they set in the attic. They always call ahead to let you know they're on the way.

Thankfully, they removed a huge infestation of attic rats from our home They explained the problem thoroughly, and the solution. Every person working on this has been friendly and professional. The rats are removed, they checked and repaired any electrical and AC damage, sealed the entry points, and sanitized the attic and air ducts They installed new insulation that is unfriendly to those nasty critters. That is the short version of all that they did. I honestly could not be more grateful. I would highly recommend Critter Control of Houston to anyone that hears something scurrying across their ceiling in the middle of the night. Ewww, and THANK YOU! PS.
