Great👍🏽 After Having Whole House Windows Replaced, My Home Was Completely Full Of Dirt And Dust. When I Called The Owner, She Put Together An Emergency Crew Of Three, Including Herself And Came Out To Clean. They Did An Excellent Job, Due To Circumstances. Thanks

The lady who came out, Tina, she was personable, very professional and efficient. I thought it was going to take two days to do all the cleaning but she got it done in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good housekeeper.

Tina and her team are always on time, are flexible with my crazy schedule, listen and change to my needs, and are very courteous and professional. I recommend them whenever I have the chance.

The professionalism of the staff of Creative Cleaning is beyond reproach in my opinion. They came out and realized the type of service I wanted and needed and adjusted their time appropriately to accommodate the additional work. I felt safe with them in my house while I was working on other tasks. The price was fair especially comparing to prior experiences with other companies in which they were there to get the job done in the time allotted. Creative Cleaning cared more about getting the job done right instead of rushing to get it done quickly and move on.

Spoke with Tina BEFORE I purchased the deal. Spoke via phone and Text message and made sure Nov 22 at 9 am ok for the Cleaning. Tina asked what I needed done and I paid on Angie’s list plus sent a message via Angie’s list and confirmed my appt. I get a call to “discuss” my appointment and speak with Chris. She says it costs more on that day and she needs to speak to the owner and Angie’s list. I explained here are no blackout dates listed in the ad. From there the owner , Tina , leaves me a text message saying they are canceling my appointment unless I agree to pay a $100 more that day because they can make more money than they were paid on Angie’s list. Then she told me to contact Angie’s list for a refund and to quit calling her. IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY SERVICE AND TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR DONT TRUST HER !!! Use somebody else!

It went really good.

Creative Cleaning was professional, however services were subpar. I was able to remove grime from the tub and surrounding tile with my finger and fingernail once the cleaning was completed; the shower door track was still grimy upon completion, and I removed dirt from the toilet seat with a disinfecting wipe after Creative Cleaning left my home.

She did really good, but missed one of the bathrooms, so she came back a couple of days later and took care of it.

It was very good. She was very friendly and very accurate. She showed up on time and did all the work.

Great, the team was amazing and on time they went out of there way to make sure I was happy with there service very professional and helpful!
