I am very pleased with them and their quality of the work. The crew was very friendly and knew what they were doing. They were punctual and cleaned up well after themselves. They were on time every day and it took about 3 days to complete the work. Tom Craddock was great to work with and his crew has been with him for about 20 years. The crew cheif was excellent to work with. He also offered me several differnet roofing options, which I appreicated.

We had a very good experience working with Craddock Roofing. Tom Craddock and his crew were responsive, punctual and professional. We had our roof and brick cleaned and the project went smoothly from start to finish. His crew carefully moved every piece of patio furniture off the patio and into the garage and returned everything to the correct place upon completion. Tom was present to oversee the entire cleaning and we appreciated his professionalism in how he and his crew communicated with each other and with us. We did have an issue come up that was resolved without hassle. Overall they did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to contact Craddock Roofing for repair issues or cleaning services in the future.

From the estimate to the clean everything went like clockwork. Tom Kraddock came and gave me the estimate. The other 2 companies who gave estimates did not follow through, Telge roofing came and looked at the roof but never got back to me re: price, M&M roofing were also nice to give me an estimate but again, I never heard back from them. Mr. Kraddock explained the roofing materials needed and gave me an overview of how the process would work. His team of men were at the house at the appropriate time but Mother nature threw a curve ball and the form of much needed rain. The men were recalled. The weather conditions were not safe. The following day it was all hands and feet on the roof. The work went very fast. The sky light was put into position and it was perfect. Now all I will need is a severe rain fall to see if the roof is water tight. I was extremely pleased with the team work and knowledge of the roofers. The day after the completion, Jessie came by for a final inspection. That was a very nice reassuring touch. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the teamwork these men displayed. The clean up was phenomenal. .

Job was completed on time and vent does not leak.

Mr. Tom Craddock was very professional. He always quickly responded to my phone calls and emails. He was also patient with me after I took quite some time to make a decision on a shingle. His staff went above and beyond what I expected in protecting the landscape, the pool, windows and copper gutters. The roof is beautiful. I highly suggest this company be used for roofing.

Craddock Roofing was GREAT. Tom Craddock came and gave us a fair bid with exact details of the work to be done. Upon removal of our old roof which was only 11 years old and installed by a different company in Bellaire. We discovered it had not been installed correctly which is why we were having issues over the years. We took a close look at Craddock during the installation and they were wonderful. Keeping us informed and showing us where the previous issues were and how they would resolve them. A close friend recommended Craddock Roofing and I would use them again and recommend them highly!

When I called the company it took no time for them to come over to provide me with estimate. Tom was very pleasant and professional, as I had to leave the house, he was going to leave the estimate as well as samples of material and colors at the door and offered to walk me over the phone through the brochure. The phone call was very good and he not only was discussing my options but also colors. I selected a color and he expressed concern and wanted me to make sure that it was approved color, as he didn't want me to come back and spend money on having it replaced because of color. Once I selected color, he made appointment and told me to take all the pictures down from walls so they wouldn't fall down. And also any decorations so it wouldn't get damaged. His crew showed up on time with all of their material. As I had to leave town, I asked one of my neighbors to keep on checking their work. As he told me little later he was very happy with their work quality and service and asked them to repair his sons roof. They took old shingles down, replaced the material on my roof and put up new shingles. After they finished work they walked around my property several times to make sure that there were no nails that could cause injury. The foreman also came by 2 days later to get up in addict to make sure all work was done well and checked back again after strong rain we had.

Tom Craddock came out to the house for an initial meeting and had a very impressive presentation with very good GAF brochures. We received a quote in a couple of days that had different options to choose from. We picked an option and Tom even delivered some shingle samples to help us pick a color. The workers worked very hard from 7:30AM to 7:30 PM for 4 days and did an excellent job of install and cleanup. The gutter install was subbed out to a different company. It took awhile to get it scheduled but the work was done very well and the new gutters look great.

Craddock Roofing did very good work. I have used them before and will use them again.

Tom Craddock came when he said he would and gave me an estimate for tinstallation of a new composition roof. He made the necessary measurements on the roof and then discussed the various options available for underlayment materials, shingles, and ridge cover materials. Three days later he e-mailed a proposal that indicated the costs for three different shingles, two underlayment materials, and three ridge cover materials. I marked the materials I wanted on the proposal and e-mailed a signed copy back to him. A few days later his crew showed up and completed the job. They completed the job in 13 1/2 hrs. over a two day period. They were all professional and courteous in their behavior. I would definately recommend Craddock Roofing to my friends and family.

Tom did a great job of explaining the product to me and answering my questions. His crew was fast, professional and clean for a competitive price. Best of all, the roof looks great. I highly recommend using Craddock Roofing. Tom takes pride in his company and it shows.

Tom personally came and met with me. He was very knowledgeable and honest about his recommendations. He did an entire inspection of the inside and outside of my roof. I brought him in becs I had a leak near the chimney. Tom's team reflashed my chimney, fixed some exposed nails and painted all of the tin on my roof. Everything looks great! He was quote beat out other estimates easily. Thanks for the great work! I will definitely be going to Craddock Roofing when I need the whole roof replaced in the future.

from the beginning to end the experience with Tom was very efficient and services performed of great quality. It is hard to find contractors who are quick to respond however Tom was always eager to return my calls and provided a detailed quote within a couple days of discussing the workscope. The issue was a section of roof where water was running down the side of the house so he proposed a few plans to choose from and in the end we installed 60 feet of gutter and some downspouts. The work was performed within a week after the quote received and looks great. While on the roof he also took a look around to ensure everything was in good condition which there were a few concerns with no caulking on roofing nails so this was also addressed during their service visit. Several contractors quoted me for the same scope and Tom came in 5-10% lower in cost than the others. If we ever have future roofing needs I will likely go straight to Tom to perform the work.

Replaced a small area of shingles that appeared to have been damaged.

Tom and Parker came out and really worked on applying the low pressure cleaning solution to eliminate the stains. They were very careful to move the plants and patio furniture to ensure the chlorine-like chemical did not damage anything...then they put it all back. Roof looks amazing. I recommend this service from ARCOT to all Houston homeowners whose roof needs a facelift. Great to prepare for selling a home.

They were fantastic! He was a little more expensive than the others, but he was worth it. They came when they said they would. They finished the job on time. They did the work consistently. They did not take several breaks. I was very happy with the finished product. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Wonderful job! Very professional. Prompt and thorough, great communication with us, excellent cleanup. The roof looks amazing. My husband just stands out in the yard and admires it.

This is an update on the review I posted March 01, 2012. After several attempts to fix an elusive leak in our roof, Craddock roofing repaired the problem. As mentioned before, the company is attentive and extremely professional. We have, and will continue to recommend Tom Craddock.

However, the insurance company didn't pay for the repairs. Therefore, I didn't have the work done. I would use Craddock again.

Mr. Craddock came to the house, assessed the work and gave us a quote right away. We had received other quotes and chose Craddock Roofing, not only due to price, but also very good, reliable references. The work was finished in 2 days and we are totally satisfied!

Estimate only. They were professional, prompt and competitive. However I needed services in addition to roofing which they did not offer directly.
