Couldn't be happier. Decided on Craddock because they were among the highest rated on Angie's List and because of the professionalism of Parker Craddock, who came out to bid the job. He explained and answered all questions, but was not pushy on anything. He gave me a large packet of information that included info about the company, including a letter from their roofing supplier, stating their excellent credit with the supplier (which is why Craddock does not require any money down from the customer), plus information about products and options available, and his card (including his cell number). Parker was knowledgeable, and everything he told me was on target. I may have paid a bit more than some other companies, but I would do it again. There are so many things that made this a superior job, including painting the vent pipes to match the roof color, and not asking for any money up front), hand-nailing everything, and generally doing a beautiful job. Several neighbors have commented on the beautiful roof. I was told they would begin at 7:00 a.m., and they were sitting in front of my house at 6:55 a.m. when I went out to move my car. There were five guys on the job, including a crew chief, Antonio, who speaks English, and was very responsive to questions. Jesse, who manages several jobs, came by several times during the day, spent a good deal of time inspecting the work, and ensuring that things were going properly. They almost finished in one day, but had to come back for a very short time the second morning. The first day, they worked until it was too dark to see, and I mean they worked. They did not stop at all, except for lunch, and did an outstanding job of cleaning up, including sweeping out my garage, from all the dirt and debris that fell during the job. Parker said they didn't want any money until I was happy with the job, and one very small piece had to be ordered and installed after the job was finished. By the time the part came in, and I was able to get off work, two weeks had gone by, but Parker had not asked for any money. He and Jesse came yesterday, installed the part, explained the warranty, both of them did a full inspection of the roof, and collected payment. I would not change anything about this job, and cannot imagine that anyone could do a better job.

They did a great job at a reasonable price. Very professional.

We were having no problems with our roof, but it was looking bad and was old (20+ years). Rather than wait for leaks to develop, we chose to replace it. We chose top quality products, and the Craddock crew arrived on schedule, was pleasant and worked quickly. The cleanup was good, although it's not possible for them to collect all the old nails. I'm still finding a few, 18 months later. We have had at least 3 leaks with the new roof (At least, 3 leaks big enough for us to find). Management has been very quick to respond to our calls. The first was an installation error (too much shingle over a vent pipe baseplate) that they remedied very quickly, but left us with sheetrock damage. The second was a leak in an outside wall that might have had other contributing causes (a window frame), but was also a foot or two from a manufacturing or installation defect in the roofing material. Again, we have sheetrock and framing damage. Craddock patched (not replaced) the defect in the roofing material. The third leak was caused by Craddock removing a piece of Hardiplank during installation and failing to replace the caulk. (The siding company might have failed to place Tyvek behind the Hardiplank during installation a few years before, but if the Craddock people had called attention to its absence when they removed the siding, we could have fixed it then. Instead, they chose to keep it quiet, replace the Hardiplank and stay on schedule. Given that attitude, it's possible the Craddock crew damaged the Tyvek by removing the Hardiplank, and then compounded the problem by failing to caulk.) Again, several square feet of sheetrock damage are left for us to fix. It'll take more siding removal to figure this one out. Presumably, the new roof is better, but I sure slept better on rainy nights under the old one.

Contacts with the company were professional and courteous. Company addressed my concerns without hesitation. Company provided options for the materials and warranty for the job. They rescheduled the start date at my request. Overall the roof replacement went well and the contractor did a quality job.

Excellent service in ALL respects. Good communication beforehand; crew showed up on time and started promptly. Got 1.5 days of roofing done in 1 day! Highly, highly recommended. Tom is professional, attentive, and really listens to customers. He knows his business and can explain it to people.

Call placed - Bea very attentive, great follow up. House had been hit by a tornado. Very thorough. Very professional/courteous. Bid very detailed - you knew what you actually were getting - foreman made sure all correct materials arrived.

The company arrived on time and ready to work. The men were polite and hard working. The manager arrived later as did Mr. Craddock to check on progress and answer questions I had. They did clean up. Did a good job. They also returned promptly to redo a section of flashing under our gutters, and rechecked the rest of the work.

Arrived on time and completed in 2 days. Cleaned up well. Great job. Great people.

Replaced hail damaged roof on existing home. Craddock Roofing was very good at helping us to understand the entire roofing process including explaining all materials selection. Very professional and quality service, including installation, from start to finish. Work was completed in less time than we expected and the entire work area was completely cleaned of any scraps of roofing materials. Very good, quality service. Would easily use again.

I was very impressed with Craddock's professionalism in every aspect of their work. Everything was well explained from the type of materials I was getting to the way the disposal of materials was handled. I was particularly impressed with the personal way someone was always checking to make sure things were being done correctly and as stated. They made me feel as if I could call their office anytime I had a question - didn't have to because everything went very smoothly. I didn't even get other bids because they came highly recommended by others who had used them and I knew by the way they conduct business that they were the contractors for me.

Nov 2013 had Tom Craddock give bid. Oct 2014 called him to do work. Honored original bid and did good work. Pleased with the product and company.

They were on-time. They did their job. They were prompt and got it done. They did what they said. They were fine and the price was about average.

They didn't return my phone call. I find that unprofessional.

I wanted a roofing company that had a good reputation and I found that with Craddock Roofing. They answered all my questions, did inspections in the attic, removed my dish and put it back with no issues, and cleaned up the yard before they left. I did a lot of research on roofing companies, had three bids before going with Craddock and I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Mr. Craddock and his crew were excellent! Mr. Craddock made an introductory visit and spent an hour explaining all the various roofing options and price-points available for our house. This extensive introduction allowed us to select a new roof appropriate for our budget and the age of our house. The process of replacing the roof also went very smoothly, and the project foreman was clearly very experienced. I would definitely recommend using Craddock Roofing.

Very professional. Mr. Craddock supplied a list of houses he had worked on with the different roof types and colors so I could drive by and take a look. The men were careful, polite and worked until they finished. The crew cleaned the area completely, and then came back and added a roof vent that we had paid for, but they had not put in. We hadn't noticed, but the foreman did, and came back and did the work. I'd recommend them to anyone. Pricewise they were in line with other companies we interviewed. Craddock Roofing did the roof on my house 23 years ago with a previous owner, so they were 1 of 3 quotes I got beforehand. Tom, the owner, was very professional and easy to deal with. He didn't try to upsell me a bunch of extras. Their price was the middle of the 3, but I got a good feeling after talking with Tom and decided to use Craddock. The 5% discount for Angie's List members save me almost $500. The crew was punctual and worked well, no problems. They found some rotted wood, which they replaced and painted. It was windy the second day of the project and a large tree branch fell on the garage, which punctured some of the new shingles. They replaced it at no charge. The clean up was suprisingly good - I only found a couple of small pieces of shingles and 2 nails. Overall, the project went very well and I would certainly recommend them. It has not rained much since the roof was installed, so I haven't gotten to check for leaks yet during a real downpour. There is a 5 year guarantee against leaks, so I'm not worried.

They also replaced the original gutters on the front of the house in 2013. They were excellent.

I called three roofers for estimates. All three were highly-rated on Angie's List . We chose Craddock's particularly because of his promptness, thoroughness and attention to detail. Tom Craddock gave us detailed estimates for several manufacturers' shingles: We used Certain Teed: . His crew was professional and efficient. Nails were hand-hammered. There was always a crew member on the ground magnetically sweeping for nails and keeping the yard clean. When the windstorm inspector arrived, the inspector said, "This is a great crew. If all roofing crews were like this, there'd be no for inspections!" Wow. The windstorm inspector commented about the quality and experience of the Craddock roofers, mentioning that the shingles were hand-nailed and the correct pattern of the nails in the shingles. I loved hearing all that. The job was done in two days. We were delighted with Craddock Roofing.

Not the cheapest, but I felt their bid was more comprehensive and they did better work.

I had gotten quotes from 2 other companies where I met with sales people. Both of whom couldn't really answer my questions and made me feel rushed (one only stayed 15 minutes and didn't even go up on the roof). So it was a relief when Tom Craddock, the owner himself showed up. He went up on my roof, measured, and then came down and talked to me patiently answering all of my questions. He brought samples of the underlay and roofing tiles as well as a list of homes in the Houston area that he and his crew had done. I drove around and looked at some of the homes noticing how nicely the roofs had held up. The quote was a little higher than the other two, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and I paid for, and received quality work. Tom's regular crew showed up on time and quickly got to work. His supervisor, Jesse, has been with him for about 20 years which says a lot in this day and age. The crew worked until 7:00 pm to finish the roof which I really appreciated since I needed to leave for out of town the next day. They took all of the old roofing and debris away and swept the yard for nails only missing one nail that was caught in a window screen. Everyone from Tom to Bea in the office where professional and a delight to work with. Emails and phone calls where always promptly returned. It's been 5 months and plenty of rain and no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom Craddock was very professional. Came out for a repair estimate and didn't try to sell me a whole roof. After getting repair estimate I decided to ask about whole re-roofing estimate for future. Wasn't a lot more to re-roof and if done later would be more due to redoing some of the repair work. Very flexible about scheduling. Job was done in time stated. Very good work. Price was a little more than other estimates but Tom included higher quality materials, especially liners and flashings. All vents and jacks were replaced and painted to blend in with shingles. Included two high quality turbines (not the ones from Big Box store that the other contractors offered.) Only complaint-They should have used larger tarps to catch debris. Shingles etc "exploded" when hitting the tarps sending shards and nails very far away. They did a pretty good cleanup where the tarps were but there were quite a few nails and bits of shingle that they missed. I mentioned it to Jesse (onsite manager) and he apologized and didn't make excuses and said he would tell the crew.
