Overall, I was pleased with the service, especially the courtesy and professionalism of Victor and Sam. I purchased the coupon on Angie's List for $349 to install four recessed lights and a dimmer switch. Initially, I had some difficulties making contact to schedule the appointment. I tried multiple times over two weeks to contact Jose--messages thru Angie's List and voice messages--before finally speaking to him over the phone. Once we settled on an appointment time, everything went very smoothly. Victor and Sam showed up right on time, surveyed the situation, discussed the plan with me, made some suggestions, and once everything was agreed upon, they went right to work. I made two changes to the original plan - I added a fifth recessed light and, at their suggestion, upgraded to LED lights (an extra $45 per light). They helped pull down the existing fluorescent lights and the remains of a drop ceiling and put the lights and switch in. It took less than two hours, including cleanup time, and the lighting works great. If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the immediate upgrade to the fluorescent lights. You can purchase and install them on your own for about half the price per light, or less if you order them from Amazon. The LED lights are simple to install, use less energy, and last much longer than ordinary bulbs. Overall, I was very pleased and would use them again or recommend them to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Arnold and his workers did an excellent job. The work was completed in a timely manner and passed inspection on my kitchen remodel. His pricing was more competitive than Dempsey Electric. Having used Courtesy in the past was a factor in my selection here. They had done panel replacements as well as small installations of lighting and outlets as well as vent/fan heater units. They are licensed and are professional.
