+ -1 moreIt took two technicians to finish the installation in less than half a day. They were both knowledgeable, and explained the system to me. Any question I had was answered to my satisfaction. I had problems with one sensor that was being set of by my cat, so they came right over to install a different one. That solved the problem. I am very happy with their service.
Description of Work: Counterforce Alarm Systems installed a home security system. They did all the wiring, installed, all sensors, and keypads. The installation fee was included in my first month s bill.

+ -1 moreCounterforce Alarm Systems is not impressing me at all. They did not install the motion detectors like they said that they would. I feel that they are not following through with our original agreement. The only thing that I like is their price; however that is not going to keep me there after my contract is up.
Description of Work: They hooked up my alarm system and they also monitor it.

+ -1 moreWe have been very happy with Counterforce USA. The alarm has been triggered while we were away and Counterforce responded quickly and resolved the matter even with us being out of town. They are diligent about keeping in touch with their customers and keeping our information up to date including our emergency numbers that they keep on file in case the alarm is triggered. I also like that they will draft your monthly fee straight from your bank account.
Description of Work: Counterforce USA provides our residential alarm service for $27.00 per month.
