+ -1 moreI really would not have had to interact with this company at all if our other company had not so incompetent, but because we kept getting false alarms, we communicated with them pretty regularly. They were good as far as communication with us and in general, we were satisfied. I had no major issues with this company specifically. I had a bigger problem with the company that subbed out the work to them, which was unfortunate.
Description of Work: This company was basically subbed out by the company that installed our home alarm system to monitor our system. We have the kind that is also installed in our garage for added protection, so we probably paid more per month than other people did. Anyway, the company that installed our system was fairly incompetent. Therefore, we had false alarms going off constantly. The police and emergency crews would be dispatched and we would have to be on the phone with this company to resolve the issues. As part of our contract with the company that subbed out the work to this company, we were paying forty five dollars each month.
