Better than expected. I would not hesitate to use Cornerstone Home Lending and Floyd Magee again. It was a very easy experience and we were kept in the loop the entire way. We were able to close early and move into our new home that day. The staff at Cornerstone is on top of things and stays in contact with you. I could call, text, or email Floyd and he always answered, even on weekends. Absolutely a great guy and great team.
