+ -1 moreProvider performed inspection with very little notice. Provider sent comprehensive report complete with easy to understand comments and provided photos to eliminate confusion. Provider followed-up numerous times with questions that needed to be answered. I would recommend this provider to anyone. The deal on the property fell through because of issues that were discovered by the inspector, which were safety related. I plan on using this inspector for my next potential home purchase.

+ -1 moreOutstanding. Joe asked me to accompany him on his inspection as he discovered and commented on various items. He explained each item in detail, and provided a written report afterwards. Even though I'm an extremely competent DIYer, I'm not familiar with all the electrical and plumbing codes. Joe even discovered some code violations on work I had other firms in this area perform.
Description of Work: Joe did a home inspection of my current residence, in anticipation of us selling the house in the near future. I wanted to know what types of problems a buyer's inspection might reveal.
