No show and did not answer calls.

Randy Flores showed up 30 minutes late on a Saturday afternoon. He looked very unprofessional, He had been working on another job and came over from that job. I showed him the window and he took the measurement. But he kept saying he wanted to get in the house to check it out. I asked him if that was necessary to replace the window pane and he said no. He said he would have the glass cut and would install it Monday at 1 pm. The cost would be $150 and he wanted half ($75) to do the job. It sounded reasonable and I wrote a check. Monday at 1, no one showed up for the installation. After an hour, I left and got on the computer and telephone trying to contact him. I sent many SMS text messages to his cell phone because his mail box was full. He returned my calls that evening and said he forgot the appointment and also forgot his phone. I told him he would need to contact my renter and arrange a new appointment. He did contact the renter but didn't show up for that appointment on Thursday. Also his phone isn't being answered because the mail box is full. I cancelled the deposit check because of the NO-SHOWS and Houston is getting a lot of scammers coming around after the recent flooding.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL, THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. THE TECHNICIAN DID QUALITY WORK AND TOOK MY CRACKED GLASS OUT, AND REPLACED IT IN LESS THAN 20 MIN.
