CONTRACTOR'S TURNKEY SERVICES INC

It was a positive experience for the most part. I had to reside my house with hardboard siding and they did a great job with the siding. I would totally trust them and definitely recommend them to anybody for siding. I had some problems with the painting. They missed some parts and I am kind of a particular person and they weren’t as neat; there were drips. They agreed to paint my windows and they painted them shut; so we had some issues with that. At the end, I think everything worked out. It was a little bit of a headache with the painting. They painted the siding that they installed. I work and wasn’t there all day, but if you are home and watch them and keep a check on their work, I think they would do a better job.

Received call several days after submission of online request. The sales rep asked me over the phone if I thought that my estimate would be over $2500/$3000 (I forget now which one). I told him that I wasn't sure and that I was waiting for the estimates to come in from two other companies that had already been to my house. I let him know that I was expecting the $ amount to arrive by email before Friday. He then asked, "Do you want me to call you back after Friday, then?". Baffled - I said "Sure". I never did hear back from him. He was very courteous and professional, but it appeared he didn't need my business very badly. The other estimates came back from $3100 - $4300. Oh well.

I haven't done any business with them as yet. The gentleman who did the estimate was very friendly and courteous. He seemed professional. The services they provided were probably not comprehensive enough to earn the bid, but I haven't made that judgment yet.

Their clean up was exceptional. The doors and windows were those that I specified. I paid a lot of money, but I feel that I got what I paid for. They were professional, prompt and a real joy to work with. I don?t know all the names of the crew, but I would like for Gary Eanes and his crew to be mentioned. They were really interested in my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

The experience so far was very good. They returned my call within a timely manner. They set up an appointment and came on time. They gave me an estimate, walked out the door and haven't bothered me since.

It took only 2 days to set up an appointment for the estimate. Harold sounded like a very nice guy and set up an appointment for 8am the following day and said he would even call 15 minutes before he arrived. After taking the morning off work to meet Harold at the property, there was no phone call at 7:45am and no Harold at 8:00am. I waited 30 minutes before leaving the house. Harold did call about 9am and said that something came up the previous night. I said that was fine, but I would have appreciated a call the previous evening OR the morning of the appointment so I didn't waste my time. I requested that he meet me on Saturday so I didn't need to take more time off work, but he was unable to come on the weekends(??). He said he would call on Monday to reschedule an appointment. There was no follow-up call from the company, so they were marked off my list. I'm a pretty understanding person, but this was very unprofessional coming from a company that has very high ratings on Angie's List.

I had a number of service contractors bid on the work to be done, however many of the representatives were just salesmen. Harold came out and bid on the job and then oversaw the work from start to end. He was always available to take my questions and concerns. The crew that did the actual work were prompt, courteous, and respectful of the property. I plan on have a covered porch built in the future and will use CTS for that job as well.

When the gentleman saw the siding, he indicated that he could not replace that siding with something that is like that due to liability associated with that product. When I asked him what he meant by that, he said that product was no good and that it would rot. I have used the same product for 25 years and only a small portion has deteriorated that I wanted to replace. He told me he would have to use 'hardiplank', a new product, which is more expensive. I got the feeling that he wanted to just upgrade the job and redo all of the siding.

The bid was presented in much more detail than other bids so I knew exactly what I would be getting for my money. Possible "unseen" extra costs, such as wood rot, were detailed in bid review. Workmen tidied work area every day, supervisors made regular visits and calls, went very smooth.

I received a call from Eliel less than 15 minutes after making the estimate request on line. He came out to give the estimate the day he said he would. Met us at a work site where they were finishing up a job similar to ours. After inspecting the quality of their work, we agreed for them to do our job. They started when they said they would, cleaned up the work area each day and completed the job in the time they said. The covered porch looks like a part of the house. We are very pleased.

Harold with CTS Exteriors was out in a day to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. I had 3 other estimates, and chose CTS Exteriors - they were mid-price range, but gained my confidence in knowledge and reliability. Harold stayed in contact with me, and informed me of any weather delays. The crew was nice and clean, they did an excellent job! There were no "hidden" costs, they did what they promised and with tremendous professionalism. I highly recommend using Contractors Turnkey Services, for any siding remodeling. Ive heard horror stories from neighbors about remodeling projects that went "bad". I feel that CTS Exteriors (Contractors Turnkey Services, Inc.) is a rare find in todays world. Ill use them for any future exterior remodeling. Patios, etc.

I had gotten several bids when I came across this companys website. They came in a lot lower than the other bids and thats because they dont pay a salesman, just the crew.
