+ -1 moreThere delivery service is really bad. They called to deliver the TV but I was not available to receive it. I called back and they did not have any TV’s in stock. I had to wait an extra week to receive the TV and they did not have any 3D glasses so I had to wait an extra 3 days for the glasses and pick them put at the store myself.
Description of Work: I used their service to buy a new TV. Everything was fine with the purchase.

+ -1 morePromised next delivery. Did not get cancellation of delivery for that day until 7:30 at night. Were promised morning delivery next day. No phone call next day until we called then were told no delivery until that evening. Again we got cancellation call at 8:30 pm but only after we insisted or we would take action that we got delivery of washer and dryer.
Description of Work: Purchased new washer and dryer with home delivery and set up.
