+ -1 moreI GOT TRANSFERRED TO A PERSON WHO KNEW VERY LITTLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT. I ALREADY PAID SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY (ARS) TO LOOK AT THE REFRIDGERATOR AND THEY SAID THAT I NEEDED A THERMOSTAT. I WANTED ANOTHER QUOTE AND WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE CONNS DO THE WORK BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A QUOTE UNLESS I PAID THEM $59.95 TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE EQUIPMENT. THEN WOULD QUOTE LABOR AND PARTS TO DO THE WORK I ALREADY KNEW I NEEDED. GENERALLY THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: TRIED TO GET A QUOTE TO FIX A THERMOSTATS FOR MY MAYTAG REFRIGERATOR.
