It was the easiest part of the remodeling work we were having done. Wonderful crew from start to finish. Very tidy too! We are totally pleased with the new section of the driveway!

Leslie responded quickly to my inquiring. He completely understood my ideas and gave his recommendations. His estimate was fair and complete. Leslie's crews were professional, courteous and honest. The work was completed in record time. If you are looking for quality at a fair price then you need look no further. I cannot say enough about the integrity of Leslie Massengil.

I accepted Leslie's bid to remove my two car driveway and the tree roots that were breaking it up. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and removed everything and poured the new driveway. All work was completed in one day and when they left the area was extremely clean. Three days later cracks began to appear all through the concrete. Leslie came out and took one look and said he would re-pour the driveway. He had never seen concrete crack so quickly. Evidently he got a bad batch from the supplier. We scheduled and time to tear it all out and redo. Everything went well and there are no cracks now. All of this was done without any arguments or additional charges. I must say that Leslie is a man of his word and stands behind his work.

This company is very professional from top to bottom. Leslie and Lupe went above and beyond to find the correct stone and made sure that the job was done properly. The crew was extremely professional. They covered the pool, the patio doors and moved all the patio furniture. They worked during 108 degree weather and never complained or slowed down once. I have to admit, we tipped them on the way out. What an unbelievably great crew. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and plan to have them back for another project!

My first meeting with Mr. Massengill set for 4pm at my condo. To my delight he did show up at 4pm. He continued over the course of the project to be professional and did not make any promises he could not keep. The stamped concrete product is low maintenance and he advised me to reseal every two to three years. He provided samples of the design and color I was considering. We determined that a small concrete pathway was needed from my patio gate to the sidewalk for safety reasons. It was something I wished for but didn't know how it could be done. Mr. Massengill knew exactly what to do. There was also an awkward downspout that he rerouted underground to flow out under a part of the fence. He is the total package. Craftsman, engineer and designer. I highly recommend this company.

We were pleased with the professional way he and his employees worked on our project. The work was done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves. Leslie came back two days later to see that the concrete had dried properly and collected the second installment of his money.

I called two companies from Angies List. We went with Leslie/Concrete Patios Unlimited. He seemed the most dependable/honest and his prices where in the ballpark. He came and gave an estimate with some suggestions which we listened to. They stripped the old sealant off our driveway area and front walkway and filled in the cracks with a matching color to hide them. Of course they pressure washed everything before they started. The area was blown dried and resealed with 2 coats of the new sealer. We also had him pull up the rotted wooden expansion joints and replaced them with a colored sealant. Leslie and his team are exceptional. Our driveway and walkway look like new. To keep it looking this way, Leslie suggested having it redone every two years or so. The trials of having stamped concrete!!! I'm not complaining because it looks beautiful. We liked Leslie so well that we're going to hire him again to fix our garage floor and walls. He'll do other things besides Concrete (wonderful contractor) so give him a call --- one stop shopping:)

Leslie was very professional and did a fantasitc job. He came in and tore out all of the concrete in one day and took it away. We spent some time talking through exactly what type of structure we were putting in place and how we should put down the new pad. He gave us a lot of feedback on where we should put the new structure and it was nice that he was able to give some feedback based on his previous experience. I laid out exactly where we wanted to put the new struccture and his crew came out the next day and put down the forms for the pad so I could make sure that it was in the right place. The next day they started pouring the concrete. It only took them a day to put in the concrete pad finish up the job. In total, the job took about three days to talk throuogh the design and then to get it laid out and poured. The pad was totally level and they did a really great job.

Leslie and his crew showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they would they way they said they would, after taking the time to ensure I got exactly what I was after. There were some concrete steps leading to my back kitchen door which needed replacing; this was done with no extra effort or problems whatsoever. It was one of those rare experiences with a contractor where there simply was nothing to complain about. They actually left the place neater than they found it.

I have written a letter before praising the work of Leslie Massingill, owner of Concrete Patios Unlimited well; I have to praise him again. This write up is a little long. My husband and I initially hired Mr. Massingill to create our conrete patio a year ago. We called him back to our home to pour concrete for a closet that was extended. He did a wonderful job! Everything was to specification. When we dicded to close the closet in we called him for references, but found out he had professionals available to do the job. With Ms. Massingill as the contractor everything moved smoothly and efficiently. After creating the extra closet space we decided to take the old closet, open it up to make an extension of the original bathroom. Once again we called Mr. Massingill and his crew. They installed a jet whirlpool tub, custom vanity, new toilet, a pocket door and tiling from the floor all the way to the ceiling, crown molding and textured walls. Yes, all of this! Again, Mr. Massingill was always on site even if we were not at home. Not to forget that this work was done in a small period of time. Our bathroom is a gorgeous spa! My elderly aunt needed lots of work done in her home. I volunteered to help her in coordination of the remodeling of her kitchen and bathrooms (2), demo and rebuilding of her garage, demo and rebuilding of the driveway and sidewalk, addition of columns, exterior painting of the house and garage and regrading of her yard. This was a lot of work. We contacted our trusted Mr. Massingill. We wanted to know if he was able to complete such a large and complicated project. Not a problem! The only time my aunt had to leave her home was when the bathroom were being renovated because she opted to have them done at the same time. The kitchen and bathrooms were previously in horrible shape. Mr. Massingill gave advice on some problem areas and excellent expertise regarding the best design for each bathroom. The garage was such a hit with the surveyor, electrician, plumber and architect that they were all thinking of ways to redo their garages to achieve the ultimate man-cave. There was an audience of men everyday at my aunt's house to witness the rebuilding of the garage and driveway. She was the envy of every man in the neighborhood. Mr. Massingill thought of everything! If you want someone honest, efficient, reliable and detail-oriented.....this is your guy!

The job was wonderfully done. The quotation process was smooth. Leslie was responsive to my initial enquiry and came on time to discuss about the plan. He provided photos of his previous work via email. His job experience is extensive and he used to be in the commercial business. That gave us a lot confidence about the workmanship and the quality of the work. We were pleasantly surprised by the price for the complete reinstalment of the concrete driveway. The job was completed in one day and the job site was clean. We were very satisfied with his service and we don't need to worry about our driveway for a long time now.

He showed up on time. We discussed options and he emailed me promptly with a bid for the job. He did no followup on the bid.

Mr. Massingill showed up to give me an estimate for the project. He was prompt and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and addressed all the concerns I had about attaching a patio to my home's slab. He was extremely knowledgeable about concrete work. I immediately felt confident that I would use him for the job (even before I had a price). He provided me the pricing when he said he would. His price was not cheap, but this is a case where you get what you pay for. His crew showed up and worked and did excellent work - from putting up the forms, to leveling the dirt, to pouring and stamping the concrete. We did have an honest miscommunication on pricing of an add-on in the end, but we were able to work it out and I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him and his company again.

I got two bids and Concrete Patios Unlimited (Leslie Massengill) was the higher bid. His knowledge and professionalism during the bidding was the reason that I chose the higher bid anyway. I did not regret my decision. They were punctual, neat, friendly and perfomed quality work.

First thing, Mr. Leslie Massengill and his staff were wonderful! Mr. Massengill was attentive, punctual, careful with our yard and accomodating to any changes....even last minute changes. He also made wonderful suggestions that we never though about. We approached him to have our patio poured in our backyard, but by the time we were done we also had concrete poured for a closet addition to the house. We're not ready to close in the closet, but we figured we'd have the slab poured and completed. He explained everything every step of the way and took pictures. His men broke up the old concrete blocks at the site and hauled it off to make way for the new patio. He said he would be back three days later to remove the wooden slats and he did indded show up to do that. Because of his excellent work that we've been showing off to family and friends....there are about four other people interested in having patios completed. We will be calling him again to make changes to our driveway for us.

We were going to use them for the job, but we had some stuff on it. They were not comfortable with this and said that they won?t be able to do it. They were quite honest about that. So I happened to go with somebody else to do the job for us. They were very honest. They seemed knowledgeable. They know what they are talking about. I would consider using their services again in the future.

Leslie was very attentive and came out right away to give me an estimate. He explained how pricing for concrete works - the more you order the less the price. He gave me a good deal on doing more than just my original request - all things that eventually would have to be done. His crew arrived when he said they would and he stayed with them the entire time. The concrete arrived right on time and they finished up pretty close to when they estimated they would be done. The area looks great. He threw in some extra stuff too. His crew was very accomodating - like putting some of the excavated dirt in my yard to fill up holes the dog had dug! I would highly recommend this company.

They were extremely polite, courteous and professional. I didn?t use their services to get the work done since I had some unexpected budgetary issues. I would consider getting a quote from them in the future.

It went extremely well. Although another company was reluctant to adapt to our needs, Mr. Massingill made every effort to work with us and see what we needed and wanted. He gave his estimate promptly and immediately set up a date for work not too far in the future (in contrast to another firm!). His crews worked hard and were able to finish in a single day. Mr. Massingill came back several times to check on the project in the next two days and remove the flags and cords that blocked off the area. We were extremely pleased with his work and recommend him highly.

Overall it went fine. I had no problems and was happy with the work they did. The workers were professional and prompt.

He was a really nice person. He had some great ideas, but I didn?t hear back from him. He was very punctual and very professional. He has got a website too. I really liked his ideas, and I was looking forward to getting a price from him.
