+ -1 moreWhen I had someone good with Concepts in Cleaning, it worked out well. The company used to be named TLC. The company is not very good with handling simple difficulties or problems. The Manager operates passive-aggressively. The owner doesn't seem to be very hands on. The last problem I had with them ended in their just never showing up again. If she had bad news to deliver, she would leave the message on my home phone rather than my cell, She didn't want direct contact when there was a problem to be addressed.
Description of Work: If you got the right person in to clean, the performance could be good. The last good cleaner that I had with them was from The Ukraine. But, they were very secretive as to who was doing the cleaning. Therefore, it was hard to pinpoint a particular person without trying hard. They dusted, vacuumed and cleaned the restrooms and kitchen.

+ -1 moreThe quality of the work is okay; it depends on the person doing the work. They are prompt with keeping their appointments. They will clean the entire house but they do not do laundry. I only have a little bit of cleaning done.
Description of Work: We have the entire house cleaned once a week. They would mop, dust and do windows.

+ -1 moreTLC House Cleaning answered my call quickly & gave me an estimate to clean my 3-bedroom house. Their prices were a little high, but they told me they would do a thorough cleaning job for the price. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as possible & the house cleaner was on time. She was supposed to dust things that she didn't & the front of the cabinets were dusty. She did not do a very good job, so therefore, I will not use this company again.
Description of Work: TLC House Cleaning came to my home in Friendswood to clean my house. One girl was sent to vacuum, dust, clean the kitchen & bathrooms, & mop the floors.
