TECHNICIANS ARE VERY EFFICIENT HAD A HARD TIME BOOTING UP AND SHUTTING DOWN. SERVER LOOKED LIKE DOT MATRIX UNCLEAR LIKE A PAINTING CD ROM DRIVE UNABLE TO OPEN. THEY HAD TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE MOTHERBOARD AND ADJUSTED CD ROM DRIVE BRACKETS AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY.
Description of Work: SYSTEM MOTHERBOARD WAS REPLACED, CD-ROM DRIVE WAS NOT WORKING SO IT WAS ADJUSTED AND TECHNICIAN CLEARED A LOT OOF SPACE BY CLEANING OUT SHORTCUTS AND WASTED MEMORY SPACE.

CompUSA had a very knowledgeable staff. They were very computer literate. They assessed the problem with my computer and were able to fix it in a timely manner. They did a good job explaining the problem in detail. They also explained ways of avoiding the same type of problem in the future, which is very helpful. They did a great job. They said walk ins were welcome.
Description of Work: They cleaned up the hard drive on my computer.
