Description of Work: Compass Reconstruction was contracted to repair drywall, baseboards, and vanities after a pipe leak caused some damage. The owner sent a subcontractor to do the work that was not qualified. They caused another water leak and ruined a second bathroom vanity. They took out the tile surrounding the tub and never repaired it. The baseboards were not completed. The vanity that was included in the contract was not properly repaired nor was the second vanity that the subcontractor damaged. I asked the owner to come out and see the quality of work being performed by his crew. So I have paid $2,700 and I am left with two bathroom sinks that are not working, a tub with no tile surround, and damaged flooring and drywall that was never completed to contract specifications.
