Description of Work: Co-owner came by & tried to pressure us into signing a contract before he left. Requested a written quote but never received one then or up to today. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Company is Colony Builders.

Description of Work: This was the second time we had used them. The first time (window replacement) went pretty well, this time (door replacement) was a disaster. Lost the order - twice and we had already put down a deposit of 50%. I had to be the one calling to check on the progress, they didn't even realize that the order was lost until I called. Installation was pretty good. Unfortunately though, this

 + -1 moreColony Builders did a wonderful job replacing all the windows broken during the storm. It didn't take long for them to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves and also took all the old glass and debris away. They were really polite and considerate to us. They showed how professional they were in every way. We were impressed with all the work that they did. We thought that the windows looked great.
Description of Work: They replaced fifteen new windows in our home after a storm had damaged them.

 + 1 moreColony Builders installed hardy plank siding on my home. They also did some painting and plastering for me. I feel that they were just horrible, as you can visibly see by all the seams around my windows. They also killed almost all my flowers and dumped paint in my lemon grass, which killed it. They didn't put my gutters back up with the rain guards. I had to call them four to five times to get them to come back out and fix all the things that they didn't do or didn't do right. They did finally get the job done; however, I feel that it took a lot longer than it should have.

 + -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH COLONY BUILDERS WAS GREAT. THEY CAME OUT TO START ON THE FENCE, AND IT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS. IT WAS WORTH THE 2 DAYS.
Description of Work: I NEEDED TO GET MY HOUSE FENCED. I CALLED COLONY BUILDER, TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH A FENCE AND A 16 X 16 SCREEN WOULD COST. THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST.
